How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Booked only for 1 night. It is worth the money. The room was comfortable, i do sleep well. There is a bad smell from the toilet even though the toilet was clean. The location is near to everything by walkable. The staff is also nice

It's a nice place, was perfect for a night stay over before our flight departure. the mattress was very spacious and comfortable. They were helpful to call and organize taxi transfer to the airport early in the morning.

Should do more often towels change and cleaning. Tv channels doesn’t work
Location is good close to all shops, and restaurants. 24 hours shops right next to it like 2 minutes walking.

The air-con in the room is dirty which made me allergic. Need to wash the nets inside. Tv remotes are broken. I saw rats two times in the lobby..
Quiet, very close to the sea. New renovation in the room so that everything is new. Bed is comfortable. Receptionist Raju is nice and helpful!

Everything ok
Already reviewed this hotel the other day but because i stayed 2 nights in a separate period i was asked to do it again. Very convenient, clean, close to cafes and restaurant and very nice and flexible staff, 10 minutes taxi ride from airport and few metres from a beach(no bikini)

Everything ok
Our room was very clean and staff was very nice and flexible. Very conveniently located in the centre of hulumale, few metres from the beach(no bikini) and most restaurants, cafes and stores. Only thing missing is toiletries and room feels a bit small. For people that might need it I would like to point out that there is no lift. Nevertheless is very convenient and very clean so I can recommend it 100%

Great one night stop especially if diving with Diveclub(4 minutes walk away). Super quiet, located in a cute quiet street, comfortable large bed. We slept really well here after travelling. Amazing restaurant Riveli beach club one minute walk away. The listing says that there is no internet but there is wifi and it works very well.

The staff were amazing - really kind, helpful and accommodating. I arrived very early and they allowed me to check in far earlier than check in time. On the day I left they even let me use another room to sleep after my boat trip as my flight wasn't until 9pm. They're available on whatsapp so if you need anything you can easily just message. The rooms are clean and fairly spacious, the double bed is large and comfortable and towels are provided. The shower is warm and had decent water pressure. The air con and WiFi works well. I would 100% stay here again, for the price the service is outstanding. They can also help you organise a taxi to the airport so you won't get ripped off. I already had activities booked for my stay but there was a list in reception if you needed assistance with booking. Thank you so much Aza for going above and beyond during my stay :)

Nothing. I liked everything about G Ten.
I liked everything. We had to check in late, and they were completely alright with it. Azaar, the receptionist was very polite and helpful. He helped us throughout the stay in every aspect. The location was very easy to access in Hulhumale. And there were many restaurants around the guest house. I loved G Ten inn, and I highly recommend this guest house.

Bathroom of one of our rooms had stinky smells. In that bathroom hot water facility was not working. Other room was perfectly alright. We stayed 3 days but didn’t clean for once.
Excellent staff! Manager Raju was outstanding. Other staff ( forgot his name) also cooperative.

Very annoying. After going to the guest property without informing me before booking they said that you have to pay electricity separately. How much are you using separately? That only charges you extra.

The room smells, not clean, the WiFi was barely working the location is 15 minutes from airport and 25 minutes to the jetty and the airport taxi overcharged us. Would not recommend nor go back
The receptionist Raju was nice and helped as much as he knows.
