We assure you that we take meticulous care of our pool to ensure it meets the highest standards of hygiene. Our approach prioritizes environmental sustainability and guest well-being by minimizing chemical usage. However, despite our best efforts, adverse weather conditions such as limited sunlight or rain may occasionally lead to slight algae growth. In such cases, we promptly adjust our treatment procedures to address the issue. The products we use are organic and less aggressive. Within a day or two, the pool returns to its crystal-clear state, providing a refreshing and enjoyable swimming experience for our guests. Additionally, we appreciate your feedback about the terrace and breakfast selection. We're constantly striving to improve our facilities and offerings based on guest feedback, and we will certainly take your comments into consideration for future enhancements.
