The amazing customer service, good food, we had a nice traditional Maldivan drumming Band (Boduberu). The view from the rooms is amazing too.

- The beach front view is wonderful. - It’s nice to swim or just relax in front of the hotel. - All the staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming specially Marlon the reception staff. - The food is very tasty and they have nice variety of options, thanks to the 2 chefs Nath and Andrew. - The room was very clean and has comfortable beds. - The location is very nice all shops and restaurants are walking distance.

- The water boiler kettle in the room was rusty but we used the water boiler in the reception which is available 24/7 with free tea and coffee. - The dining seats in the restaurant are not comfortable because it doesn’t have cushions. - The sun-beds by the beach are not comfortable because there is no cushions. - They didn’t have a 4 wheeler buggy to take you from the port on arrival to the hotel and back. - There was only 1 umbrella by the beach so first comes first reserve.

The property has brand new facilities which are maintained to very high standards. The rooms are well equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Comfy mattress, and breathtaking view of the ocean from Seaview room category. Tasty food, my compliments to the chef. A massive thank you to the owner of the hotel Mr Habeeb, Marlon and all members of the dream team who have been taking a great care of me. I would definitely come to this place! The hospitality of locals goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable!

Everything was fantastic! Starting with the contact with Marlon a couple of days before our arrival who helped with information on getting the speedboat across from Male and being so helpful our entire stay. Our room was fantastic with the most beautiful view of the water and the private beach. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. Excellent value for money and a lovely experience- would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is very well located and has a small private beach with sunbeds which is a bonus. Two minutes walk from a bikini beach. There is a grocery shop next door and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Rooms with amazing sea view, clean and modern. Breakfast ok, basic. Every day there was something new added to it pancakes, waffles.... I will be very happy to go back :)

a cozy hotel with very friendly and efficient staff, always accommodating our requests. Beds are very comfortable, and they have free filtered cool water and tea/ coffee at your disposal. Internet signal was good and there is a small access to the beach from the hotel.

Overall everything was perfect. We had a minor noise issue in the room but it was resolved very fast by the staff

My stay was absolutely amazing. The villa has a private beach and breathtaking views of the ocean. The staff is very nice and helpful. The owner is a great person who do his best to make sure guests are comfortable and will help with everything, especially arranging transfers to and from the airport. One of the staff will pick you up at the port and take you to the villa. You can communicate with the owner via WhatsApp or in person as he stops by the villa at least once a day. The facilities of the villa are very good, nice clean rooms, housekeeping with change of towels and beach towels whenever you ask for it. Basically no mosquitoes in my room. Cold drinking water available for free 24/7. The food was absolutely delicious, prepared by fantastic chefs. I highly recommend this accommodation, it felt like home.

The beach infront of the hotel was not as nice as expected.

I had an amazing time at Sunset Villa! From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless, and the hotel made sure to maintain cleanliness throughout my stay. The room cleaning service was offered daily, and towels were changed frequently, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking—truly a highlight of my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, making my experience even more memorable. I highly recommend Sunset Villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and top-notch getaway!

The staffs were extremely helpful, reachable throughout our stay. All our requests were immediately fulfilled without any excuses. The location is amazing.

Clean, really comfy beds, free refill water and provided beach towels as well as bath towels. Allowed us to borrow snorkelling equipment. Private beach and only 1 minute walk from bikini beach. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Hands down the best views on the whole island(we walked around the whole island) Sunset Villa was a lovely place, the staff was very welcoming and polite and friendly always. the breakfast was good and tasty: usually the same: bread, omelette, mini american pancakes(even gluten free version), maldivian mashuni, sausages, roshi(rothi), some kind of fruit, orange juice, and some kind of cake or biscuit. there was honey, butter, jams, maple syrup. the rooms were clean, hot water was reliable, ac was working good too. the best part of this hotel was the views. we had rainy days so we couldn’t see the sunset but still was very beautiful!
