Recensione verificataAl primo posto di questa struttura va messa l’accoglienza e l’attenzione al cliente Quasi maniacale il nostro host Matzey è stato incredibilmente affabile e presente, al pari di tutti i camerieri e soprattutto del ragazzo che per ben due volte al giorno si occupava della pulizia e sistemazione della villa la villa con piscina e’ davvero molto bella ed attrezzata un plauso anche ai ristoranti extra che sono squisiti e anche belli esteticamente, soprattutto il NU A questo proposito, non viene per nulla valorizzato il bar del Nu che secondo me è di gran lunga il luogo piu’ bello della struttura sia come arredi che come vista sul tramonto La spa fa parte della zona puu’ nuova insieme al NU e infatti è meravigliosa, una vera oasi di pace Nel pacchetto all inclusive e’ compreso un massaggio da 45min che vale la pena fare anche solo per godere della vista
- il mare non è favoloso come ci si aspetterebbe! Inoltre la spiaggia migliore si trova proprio di fronte il ristornate al buffet ma non è attrezzata Questa cosa l’ho letta in altre cento recensioni eppure ancora non si capisce perche’ non mettano dei lettini ed ombrelloni in quella zona; - la struttura e’ datata e si vede: la zona bar e piscina non e’ all’altezza del prezzo pagato .. proprio esteticamente andrebbe rifatta - le cene al buffet erano poco internazionali a differenza della colazione e dei pranzi - la zona ristorante dovrebbe avere una parte al chiuso (magari con vetrate) perchè altrimenti il caldo delle Maldive rende insopportabile i pasti - le escursioni sono INCREDIBILMENTE care al punto che spesso non si raggiunge il numero minimo per poterle effettuare, mi auguro per loro che li abbasseranno in futuro perchè è davvero un peccato che i clienti si perdano certe esperienze che solo alle Maldive si possono fare

Recensione verificataPer noi settima volta alle Maldive. Ci siamo trovati in Varu davvero bene. Bellissimo hotel e molto ben curato. Servizio ottimo e velocissimo, staff gentilissimo. Camere pulite, verde tenuto benissimo, mare bellissimo. Cibo ottimo e gite offerte dal hotel graditissime. Abbiamo fatto tutti i giorni snorkeling, un paio di volte pesca al tramonto. Da consigliare assolutamente. Torneremmo presto

Recensione verificataLa colazione è stata spaziale, c'era di tutto, dolce, salato, yogurt, frutta secca, frutta fresca, succhi di frutta, davvero di tutto e di buona qualità
Il WI-FI è lento ed a volte poco funzionante, si potrebbe migliorare questo aspetto. Anche i buffet di pranzi e cene potrebbero avere qualcosa in più, sono spesso ripetitivi e non ti consentono di variare l'alimentazione. I costi delle attività extra sono molto elevati (SPA, Massaggi, escursioni, attività extra).

Recensione verificataTutto! Spiaggia e mare da sogno, staff gentile, si mangia benissimo...un paradiso. La struttura ti mette a disposizione l'attrezzatura da snorkeling e ti offre delle escursioni. In oltre avevamo il volo alle 22:00, ci hanno fatto fare il check-out posticipato e ci hanno accompagnato in aeroporto la sera! Consigliatissimo!!!

Recensione verificataAbbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti e 6 giorni e da quando siamo arrivati a quando ce ne siamo andati è stato tutto fantastico! Staff super gentile e disponibile, dalle case sull’acqua abbiamo visto mante e squaletti. Noi abbiamo scelto il pacchetto all inclusive, per 5 notti avevamo incluso tutto e inoltre avevamo incluso un massaggio alla spa, due ingressi nei ristoranti alla carta, una crociera sul tramonto, e una crociera per la pesca. Il ristorante principale al buffet aveva una varietà incredibile di cibo.
Difficile trovare qualcosa che non ci sia piaciuto, come siamo andati via ci è scesa una lacrimuccia.

Se devo trovare un difetto, l’unica spiaggia attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni si trova nel punto in cui il mare è meno bello dell’isola, mentre dall’altro lato abbiamo una spiaggia meravigliosa completamente libera

Recensione verificataLa cura e l’attenzione verso il cliente è quasi maniacale, devo ringraziare Arsham che era il responsabile per il nostro soggiorno, Muaz uno dei responsabili del Lime and Chili , ogni mattina giocava con le mie figlie e quando ha saputo che avevamo perso il Biberon della piccolina, ha mandato una barca a Malè per prenderne uno nuovo, Bishna cortese ed attento ad ogni nostra esigenza….mangiare vario ed ottimo, per qualità e quantità, spesso ho mangiato la pasta… sono stato in un altro Resort alle Maldive di uguale categoria, ma posso dire che non ho riscontrato il loro calore e la loro attenzione verso il cliente… Torneremo certamente !!
Forse la cosa che meno mi ha colpito, ma poiché venivo già da un’esperienza alle Maldive è il mare, non sempre all’altezza della struttura…. Vorrei poter dare al management alcuni suggerimenti: Presso il bayrouge dovrebbero dare la possibilità di mangiare, senza dover salire dal mare per andare al Lime and Chili, facendo club sandwich o hamburger, insomma anche meno cose rispetto al ristorante , ma ho trovato scocciante il fatto di dovermi asciugare e salire per mangiare.

non mi è piaciuta per niente la cucina che era prevalentemente asiatica e maldiviana,molto speziata e piena di peperoncino. Dopo un po' di lamentele hanno fatto davvero il possibile per accontentarmi ma senza successo

Recensione verificataAbbiamo soggiornato 4 notti nella camera sull’acqua. Che dire, questo posto è magnifico, il cibo è ottimo in tutti i ristoranti, il lime and chili che è quello con il buffet è qualcosa di sensazionale, era davvero tutto buonissimo, molto vario e si trova praticamente sul mare con una vista mozzafiato. Lo staff è super gentile e pronto per ogni richiesta, grazie sopratutto a Bella in reception e Mandey che è stato super accurato e gentilissimo nel preparare la nostra stanza. Il resort offre molte attività, e anche la Spa è superlativa! Mi hanno fatto un massaggio bellissimo. È tutto pulito, ordinato e c’è un attenzione al dettaglio pazzesca. Recensione verificataLa struttura molto bella , la villa sull'acqua n.316 top perche aveva vista alba e tramonto oltre ad essere l'ultima e quindi isolata senza nessuno che ti passa davanti. camera enorme e bagno con vasca super comodi. servizio pulizie due volte al giorno ... bevande in camera e snack in quantitè illimitata come nel resto del resort . ristorante principale ottimo ma anche gli altri

Recensione verificataMare e location splendidi. Cibo da urlo in tutti i ristoranti, ma il buffet merita un encomio particolare. In sei giorni non siamo riusciti a trovare qualcosa che non ci piacesse. Scelta vastissima sia a colazione che a pranzo e cena.
A parte la gentilezza e la cura del nostro house keeper e di tutti gli addetti nei ristoranti e nei bar, poca empatia da parte dei manager ed in particolare da parte degli addetti alla reception, quasi antipatici. Il servizio ai bar molto da migliorare specie nella preparazione dei cocktails.

Recensione verificataIo e mia sorella il 6 maggio siamo arrivate in aeroporto a Malè dove ci ha accolto lo staff del resort VARU atmosphere, abbiamo aspettato solo 20 minuti per prendere la barca che ci ha accompagnate al resort. All’arrivo verrete accolti da parte dello staff con uno spettacolo per poi dirigersi alla reception dove vi offriranno dei calici di prosecco. Il check in velocissimo si può fare direttamente sull’applicazione una volta arrivati in aeroporto o sulla barca che vi porta al resort in quanto è presente il Wi-Fi. Successivamente ci è stato assegnato un referente che ci ha accompagnate con il golf kart in giro per l’isola (che è interamente del resort) per mostrarcela e ci ha accompagnate nella nostra stanza e dato il numero di telefono per poterlo contattare in caso di bisogno o per prenotazioni. Noi abbiamo scelto il pacchetto all inclusive che è fondamentale, in questo sono inclusi tutti e 4 i ristoranti, tre sono alla carta e con il pacchetto all inclusive è possibile andarci una volta in ognuno. Nel pacchetto è incluso anche un massaggio alla spa, direttamente sulle palafitte nell’acqua, una sunset cruise per vedere il tramonto, tutti gli sport d’acqua e le attrezzature e anche snorkeling tutti i giorni. Scaricando l’app del resort è possibile prenotare i ristoranti e le attività che si vogliono svolgere e vedere l’itinerario, ogni giorno il resort propone attività diverse tra lo sport, esperienze alla spa, snorkeling di vario tipo ecc. Prenotabili sull’applicazione. A pagamento invece ci sono attività più specifiche che consiglio, snorkeling con gli squali e con le tartarughe. Nel resort sono presenti anche un campo da calcio, uno da pallavolo, uno da tennis, una palestra, una zona lounge, una zona con vari giochi come il biliardo ecc, numerose spiagge e una piscina pubblica nella zona del bar. Lo staff meraviglioso tutti gentilissimi e sempre disponibili ad aiutare.

E ai ristoranti alla carta…il Varu è un resort che accoglie il cliente in tutto e per tutto, ho sbagliato nella prenotazione della camera e il resort ha trovato una soluzione perfetta per noi! Come escursione oltre a quelli inclusi abbiamo provato con i ragazzi del dive center l’escursione con gli squali! È stato emozionante e unico! Alle Maldive gli squali non sono pericolosi! 🔝
Tutto perfetto l! Se proprio devo trovare una miglioria sarebbe interessante proporre diversi reef più o meno distanti dalla struttura alternandoli a giorni, in modo da vedere più luoghi…
