Addu, the southernmost atoll of Maldives and the only one across the equator is a special place to visit. And it’s made doubly special by 3S and its awesome staff. Mr. Atheef, the ever pleasant and helpful manager and his staff will do everything possible in their capacity to make your visit special. 3S overlooked a small strip of beach which has now been extended which makes those special night strolls under starry skies memorable. The rooms are impeccable and the in house dining caters to every taste. Where the beach ends, the snorkeling begins and we saw some very awesome sea life including manta rays and turtle not to mention the colorful reef fish. And where the snorkeling ends, the private island of Hajara, walkable to, across the reef during low tide, will make the holiday an affair to remember. Mr. Atheef and team setup an umbrella with tables and chairs and brought in food and drinks for our own Maldivian picnic on that island. Snorkels, Bikes and canoes were supplied as and when needed. He also organized a trip to Addu park and Koattey beach, a must visit site on the north of the atoll. By the way this is the only island where a long 15 km road connects the various islands of the atoll. But he took it one more level up by organizing a special trip to the southernmost end of the island which needs special permission and escort vehicles to get to that place. Literally called Southernmost point, it’s the last point at the southern end of Maldives. A truly magical place. Finally he rounded it off with a dolphin watching trip on one of the Dhonis. A must do adventure and more fun if the sea is choppy. Overall the stay at 3S and the experience was one of the best trips I’ve taken ever.

The hotel arranged our pick up from the airport and departure to the harbour with efficiency. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, giving good information about entertainment options. The setting is just beautiful and peaceful. The food was a good mix of local and international with a generous breakfast included. It was the perfect place to stay, relax and unwind for 2 days before heading off on a fairly intense dive liveaboard. This hotel exceeded my expectations and was excellent value for money.

Hospitality was incredible, allowed to have late breakfast and check out as we were diving early, really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend the hotel and Addu Dive.

Everything so great. Beautiful and clean room, amazing view. The best hotel in this island. The staff are so kind and friendly, amazing service. The restaurant doesn't have so much vegetarian options but the chef made us great tasty food. If you are around this area, must visit. We will come back soon. Thank you for all amazing experience.

The shopping situation on the islands is bad. The range is small and the prices are very high. We couldn't find aqua shoes, we found a snorkelling mask for $20, but it's more of a toy. Bring everything with you.

Great hotel. The view from the room is of the ocean. Only 7 rooms, amazing soundproofing - there was a family with a child in the next room, we didn't hear a peep from there even once. They clean the room as soon as you leave it. At breakfast, at the afternoon bath, just twice a day. There's always someone going around cleaning and sweeping the grounds. Sun loungers to each room overlooking the ocean. The first time we went for a swim, they put towels on the sun loungers. Picked us up at the airport and took us to the ferry station afterwards for a total of $15, very good value

A small gripe was the bathroom which is about an 8/10. Just constructive criticism as everything else was 10/10.

Excellent accomodations. The staff keep cleaning the rooms for sand. The restaurant food is excellent. We did not feel the need to go anywhere for meals. The staff get a 11. I will definitely stay here again.

When the owner Sharaf was there things were good. Felt a bit lacking in management when he wasn't. The receptionist was fairly unhelpful to me.

Location on beach facing the setting sun. In house restaurant open to locals. Interesting 4 island tour given by Sharaf the owner. The breezes kept the mosquitoes away most evenings.

Breakfast was below average but other food on the a la carte menu was delicious. We appreciated amazing espresso and cappuccino Patrick made!

The place is very quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view. We mostly liked the Philipino waiters - Patrick and Richard who were extremely warm-hearted and friendly with our baby. This place is good for couples but not so great for families with small children - the property wasn't able to find a babysitter for our 1,5 year old son during our whole 10 day stay so we had to break our journey and stay in Canareef Resort for 3 nights just to be able to get some real rest. So couples - go for it, families - choose somewhere else. Our room boy Pintu didn't speak much English but he was very kind and sweet, we enjoyed him holding space. The cleaners are very hard-working, cleaning early morning and the evening. The receptionist gave us suggestions where to eat and spend the day. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Privacy was good and the room is very comfortable. Check in and check out was convenient and easy.
