My one complaint.....no hot water. Turned on the shower let run for ever and the water was tepid.Tried at different times of the day, but still no hot water. Turned to the left...let it run no hot water...Turned to the right let it run no hot water.

An excellent location. Well appointed. An oasis in the center of the historic district. Great staff and wonderful breakfast.

Whilst the ladies cooking breakfast were friendly the grumpy attitude of reception on arrival was disappointing & reception was closed on departure which caused some confusion as the only staff available did not speak english and our spanish was not up to the job. Ultimately we should speak better spanish but this would not have been a problem if reception was manned at 11am. No hot water in the shower. No parking but you can park on the streets nearby.

Modern, clean, centrally located just off the town square. and very short walk to the seafront. Close to restaurants and bars but not noisy. Nice small pool. Good breakfast prepared by friendly staff. Comfortable bed, spacious room.

The desk clerk was only available a few hours per day and usually didn’t answer the phone. Otherwise, staff was great.

Comfortable room. Hotel is right on the main square, close to restaurants. Staff was very helpful. Great breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Wi-Fi ok.

We requested a ground floor room but stuck with Upstairs room. The desk clerk was not available most of the time.

The hotel was on the square with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Excellent Wi-Fi. Hot water was hot but not plentiful. Room was fully equipped. Breakfast included eggs cooked to order and delicious.

The rooms above had a macerator toilet which was very noisy when the occupants used it during the night, disturbing our sleep

Front gate had a bottom bar that was a little challenging to manage with suitcases.

Beds were very hard. Patio furniture was uncomfortable. Some rooms complained of noisy at night , but our room on the lower level was quiet.

Location is great. Right on the main plaza and close to everything. Staff was incredible. Great breakfast each morning.

Breakfast ladies were incredibly nice and prepared breakfast promptly. We would have liked a little more variety and subsequently went two doors down for lattes and a block away for a more varied breakfast menu. fyi The front desk is not manned 24 hours....you have to make sure they are there when you arrive and depart but was not a problem for us.

Lovely boutique hotel. Amazing location in central square. Nice sized rooms and very clean. Breakfast each morning consisted of fruit, coffee, juice and 4 egg choices plus tortillas, beans and toast. Very nice staff. Decent internet and were able to figure out tv easily which is not always the case! Small pool with lounge chairs and pool towels. Very pleasant central courtyard...overall quite charming. Very nice hosts who spoke English and assisted us with taxis and other info. Easy walk to restaurants, stores and Malecon. Next door to a craft beer place and two doors down was a great coffeeplace with lattes and other specialty drinks.

Breakfast needs some variety, pool loungers need pads they are very uncomfortable, a jacuzzi would be nice for the cooler weather

The coffee pot was bot clean and had old burnt coffee in it.

The location is the best. Top restaurants right outside the hotel. The property felt more like a private condo than a hotel.

From my room, #6, I could hear the noise from the restaurant kitchen in front of the hotel. Probably, the rooms further back did not have this issue.

Small, boutique hotel that is comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. Great breakfast each morning included as well as strong internet service. Nice pool area.

Our bathroom had a tiny window that had no screen that lead to the main entrance,, so we couldnt open it to let steam and odors come out.

Location was excellent steps away from the plaza and property and staff were outdranding.

No hot water in the morning and $225 US per night . Owner said you need to let the water run for a minute but we try 5 minutes and still no hot water. No tissues in the room and no cable TV .

Location is great . Hotel actually is nice ; make sure you get the room away from the brewery.
