Beautiful boutique hotel. Centrally located. Wonderful staff and breakfast. We had a junior suite, and it was lovely. The pool was just what we needed after a day exploring. Perfect. Thank you.

The perfect stay! Fantastic location, incredible rooms, all tastefully decorated, great pool and very helpful staff! We loved the included breakfast too. It was honestly an exceptional hotel and perfectly located to walk into the centre of Merida or Paseo de Montejo. Great restaurants nearby too! I can not recommend highly enough! Thank you!

There was no car park with the hotel although we easily found parking on the street a few metres away and the staff told us about a private parking lot that had space for us if we preferred, but the street was fine! Very safe too.

This is a lovely hotel in Merida. Fantastic location. we had a huge room which was extremely comfortable. Great breakfasts (try the banana pancakes). Easy to park in nearby roads. Staff very friendly and happy to suggest places to visit and restaurants. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel in the center of Merida, lovely swimming pool and good breakfast. Perfect for a stay in Merida, very kind owner.

could not use the pool as they decided to clean it with chemicals in the middle of the day- shame as it was 39 C so I was l looking forward to cool down, they should do it at night

Central location which is great, however it’s next door to a bar, we stayed on a Saturday night and they were playing extremely loud music.. not the hotels fault but worth being aware of . Breakfast was average continental

Hotel was amazing, location, relaxing, Air conditioned, fans, amazing amenities. Highly recommend.

Only thing is street parking, thats only if you are visiting with a vehicle.

The property was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was really nice and clean, even better than I expected it would be. The staff were wonderful and friendly while being efficient and knowledgeable. It’s one of those places where they seem to have thought of everything? As my daughter said “ Why would you stay anywhere else?”

We stayed here for one night and this place was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very well located in the centre of Merida. It is so quiet and calm in the hotel and the outside area with the pool is lovely, we really enjoyed our stay!
