Great price and a super convenient location. It was right across from the park where we could take our little dog for a walk. Probably the least expensive hotel. I’ve stayed at in at least five years and I was very pleasantly surprised.

No towel bar although the structure was there to put it. No drinking glasses available in room.

Parking was included at a lot around the corner. Close to centre. Park across the road was nice to stroll through. Cleaning was thorough and done daily.

A small issue with the water that was resolved immediately. And maybe some noisy neighbors But that doesn't depend on the hotel.

The wifi was awful. I stayed in two different rooms and they were just as bad as each other. There's so many routers and networks in the hotel but yet nothing really works. Even my phone barely worked inside the hotel. I needed to stay an extra night and booked directly with the hotel so breakfast was included for that night. What a waste of time breakfast was, not worth the trip down the stairs.

I liked the location for my early morning hike up Cerro del Borrego to watch the sunset, it's just a few minutes walk from the entrance. The rooms are clean and comfortable but nothing special for the price.

Front desk guy could be much friendlier. Bed very hard and could use a thick blanket just for weight. Only one towel provided tho we were given en a small thin second one when asking.

The location was great, the design of the hotel as well, while the bed were super comfy. Breakfast was affordable and very tasty.

In the Booking.com photo for the suite I paid for, there was a desk, but not in the room I was given. When I mentioned this, they said I would have to pay more. Then after I argued they said they would bring me a table and chair, but they never did.

Old facilities, window blinds was broken (lack of privacy) and bathroom was really small, front desk personnel (nightshirt)was rude and not helpful at all. Parking lot was in another location (a block away from hotel) so we had to walk to return to that facilities.

Everything was excellent… I had a great view as my shower was facing el cerro del Borrego. I enjoyed the bed; the sheets felt fresh and clean as well as the towel. Customer service was exceptional. I enjoyed my stay and I will recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to have a nice night sleep. The down side is that breakfast was not included… for the price, it should.

It was super noisy room!! You can here everything from other rooms. We woke up at 5 a.m. because our neighbours they were talking and singing, and open and close door with too much noise. And also you can here if someone going up or down on the stairs. Room was inside room (window to the stairs) and it was also noise from kitchen. And when I booked it, nothing was said about this. It was only one towel in the room. And water was very hot, after super cold, you have to fix it long time. And if you going out, you have to leave you keys with administrator, what is no ok for me

Have you ever been sleeping in a cave ? Try room #14. The window in the room is on the inside stairs, so zero natural light. And it was so noisy, never had an hotel room so noisy.

I actually walked out of the place and did not stay. Crazy room layout and it was weird to find my room. I had asked for lower level and got room 302. When I opened the door and it almost hit the bed I realized it would not work at all for me and my dog.

they charged our credit card 3 days prior to arrival…..even though we were supposed to have up to 24 hrs cancellation. we were given a cramped inside room, no fresh air, no natural light. The first night was filled with noises from other rooms…toilets flushing,showers running,babies crying and parents yelling at kids. We asked to change rooms for the second and third nights , the staff was uninterested in helping. The clanking of pots and pans from the kitchen starts early with happy loud music and voices and continues late. The staggering odor of corn oil frying permeates the inside of the whole building as the kitchen is not properly exhausted. 3 sleepless nights
