wehen booking the inculded breakfast on booking.com it only infludes small bowls of fruit, quinoa & coffee. its not like a buffet. everything elese is 10$ extra (per item). attention: there is airconditioning in the room. they work during the day but will turned of by a master switch during the night. if you want them to be runing during the night they charge you 30$/night

Some of the rooms are close to the studio for yoga and other classes, so you may hear noise in the morning from the instructor or other music. Wasn't a dealbreaker but if you are noise sensitive, definitely ask for a location away from that area.

Hotel was nicer than I expected. Comfortable rooms and easy to walk right out to the beach. That's pretty much what you are paying for. The restaurant was very convenient for breakfast each morning. Also like that they had bikes available for guests. Staff was friendly and helpful with getting taxis and other arrangements.

The aircon only works 9pm-9am otherwise you have to pay $25 extra to have it on in the day and it's hot! There was also a few power cuts on the night we stayed

All the activities yoga, ice baths etc are an additional and significant cost. The staff at the front desk are pretty useless, I left a swimsuit there & tried to call them multiple times an hour after checking out No phone number just WhatsApp. They made no effort to look for it or contact me.

Seasonal seaweed blocks the beach, smells bad and water is brown. You can't access the ocean unless you want to walk through ten feet of seaweed.

Bad service. Had to repeat orders several times. Room service food arrived cold. Although the staff tried to be nice and kind, I think they were not properly supported by leaders to do a good job.

First Impression and Arrival Upon arriving at the hotel, my first impression was unfortunately below expectations. The room assigned to me was located under the roof, and I was informed at the reception that an additional fee was required to activate the air conditioning at any time—a policy I had never encountered before. Issue with the Initial Room When I entered my room for the first time, I immediately noticed that the bathroom window was wide open. As I attempted to close it, the entire frame detached and fell from the second floor to the ground below. Fortunately, no one was nearby. After reporting the incident to the reception, the staff promptly tried to find me another room despite the hotel being fully booked. Eventually, I was given a new room, which was much more pleasant. Malfunctioning Safe Unfortunately, another issue arose: the safe in my new room was not working. After multiple visits from a maintenance employee, the issue was finally resolved. Theft from the Safe The following evening, when I returned to my room, I was shocked to discover that the safe was open. An envelope containing US dollars and Mexican pesos had been emptied of the dollars, while the rest remained untouched. Initially, I was unsure if I had mistakenly left the safe open myself. However, the next day, upon returning from the beach in the early evening, I once again found the safe open. This time, the envelope had been clearly opened, and the banknotes were scattered inside. It became evident that someone had accessed the safe twice and taken the US dollars. Hotel Management’s Response I immediately reported the issue to the reception and had a meeting with the hotel management. They appeared genuinely concerned about the situation and offered to reimburse me for the stolen amount, which was less than 100 US dollars.

The hotel’s location is ideal for those looking to stay directly on Tulum’s stunning beach. The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist whenever any issues arose.

Felt like I arrived to a friends beach house, great vibes all around. I loved the energy of the place as well as the deck in front of the beach where I would hang out. Loved my room that had a lot of little touches, comfortable bed, lots of closet space to get settled in and the massages were some of the best I ever had.

This property represent the real Tulum. If you’re looking for a commercial hotel this is not for you. This place is magical. Tulum was a place years ago where you would go to appreciate the magic it has to offer. Yes, there are new hotels that are as tacky as ones you can find in a bad beach club in Miami. If you’re looking for kind, beautiful service and an almost fairytale sense of being I highly recommend.

My only suggestion is the music on the beach club, very boring. It needs to be more cheerful and not so yoga into all the time.

I loved everything! The location, hotel facilities, staff, the beach club, and the food. Definitely, I will come back!
