The shower was not the best, sometimes I didn't got hot water and there was a door for the shower that didn't reached the floor therefore water spilled out to the toilet. The A/C didn't worked and it was really noisy. It didn't had an iron in place, you needed to ask for it at the lobby.

The food in general was ok. The staff really friendly.

Only one plug outlet in room near the tv. Bed was a bit hard Smoke alarm outside the room was beeping all night and kept waking me up.

Lovely hotel and nice restaurant.room was modern, nicely decorated . Clean and quiet. Also very nice and clean bathroom. The hotel is across from alameda park. This is a safe area with good shopping and dining options within a few minutes walk.

Centrally located, with a public park across the street. I had booked a short stay after a redeye flight, so once I was checked in and in my room I slept for nearly seven hours. I didn't hear a lot of noise from the street, and the room was clean, bright, and comfortable.

The HVAC chilled water system is run at warmer temperatures causing the individual rooms to stay at around 25-26 degrees regardless of the thermostat setting. I wonder what the room temperatures are during the warmer summer season.

Great central location close to Almeda Hidalgo park, ATM, Oxxo, farmacia, restaurants and Centro activities; decent and convenient hot breakfast buffet with the option of ordering a la carte.

It's not the cleanest hotel, there were roaches and clothes from previous guests inside the room The breakfast is tasty, but a bit spicy, so be aware. We had an issue with our shower, there was no hot water for the first 2 days

The location was great, close to downtown, but without all the noice and crowds. The room had a nice table and big safe, I was able to fit my laptop, ipad and Nintendo in there!

Property is non-smoking but someone in a room nearby was smoking. After I reported it, it seems not much was done because it continued throughout our stay. Only 2 towels per day (1 per person) and no small face towels. The other bathroom toiletries were limited and below average. Hairdryer did not work. Front desk staff was not very friendly (maybe because my Spanish is not very good) and we had to have our room key reprogrammed every day ("for security").

Hotel location was perfect for us, breakfast was ok but a little over priced. The rooms and facility were very basic, but comfortable. Room was cleaned daily, air conditioner worked great, and hot water was very hot. The bed was comfortable and the price was very good. We were allowed to check in very early (1pm).

The parking was kind of difficult. You need to park outside or if you want to park on the inside, the parking lot has a very small entrance and a very steep descent that may damage your car if you’re not careful since it’s also on a curve
