A couple of minor notes: the beds were a bit soft for our backs, and our room had a slanted floor.

We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was lovely and very filling. The hotel was charming and well located. It was quiet at night, and the staff was cheerful and accommodating when we asked for a late check-out. Great water pressure and hot water, and Carmen, the cleaning attendant, was lovely.

It was beautiful, and the location was ideal for the festival we in Queretaro we came for ! The staff was also awesome! Super friendly and and above and beyond helpful ! We would definitely stay there again!

There was no place to put a hand towel, no towel bar, etc. Made it very awkward. Ditto for the bath towels. The rack in the bathroom held one towel, for a tall person. Neither my husband or I are tall, so it was hard to hang up the towel, and no place at all to hang my towel.

The bed was very comfortable , and the staff were so helpful! They arranged a taxi for us, came up and showed how to lock our door (it was a different type lock), and set up a massage appointment. The premises were attractive and well maintained. In the evening, it was quiet, and no traffic so we slept well. The rooftop restaurant was convenient, with beautiful views, and great waitstaff who helped make sure my food was free of the many food allergens.

Nothing ! One night, late, their was some loud street work next to the hotel which couldn't be helped. But the hotel staff offered all the guests free pizza and wine in the restaurant that next night to make up for the disturbance !

The Hotel was just perfect for our stay in Queretaro for a festival we attended. The location is walkable to almost everywhere we wanted to go for the festival and to see in Queretaro. The Hotel itself is beautiful and charming and very comfortable and the free breakfast on the rooftop restaurant was so convenient and delicious ! The view and the food was great way to start our mornings ! It was not what I was expecting for a "free" breakfast. The staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful with anything we requested in our muddled Spanish !

Need to check air conditioning on the rooms. They have potable units. But that is not a problem (I liked it, it added to the charisma) but mine wasn’t working very well.

Everything is very nostalgic. Even the real hardwood floors in the rooms and the building still has stone stairs inside . Very small and beautiful. Awesome shower pressure, excellent decoration. Really nice restaurant on the roof with a very good mixture of cuisine. I come down from US every two weeks, stay for two weeks, and repeat. My home away from home in historic down town Queretaro. Staffing is great as well.

There was some construction from 10:30 pm to 12:30 am in the building right across from our room. The noise made sleep impossible. Hotel staff was very responsive. They talked to the workers and offered us any other room in the hotel we wanted but unfortunately the noise could not be escaped. This was completely beyond the control of the staff at the hotel.

The staff and the location were our favorite parts. Daniel, Sergio, Adriane and Juan were genuine, open, helpful and professional. We had to shorten our stay by a few days due to a medical situation and they refunded us the unused nights. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was delicious and Sergio made us feel we were at a posh resort :). The restaurant had the best desserts we’d had in town and the view, cocktails and nightly live music was a wonderful way to end our days.

It's s very beautiful boutique hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room is clean and has the basic equipment you need. There's a restaurant in the rooftop with beautiful views over Queretaro. At day 3 there was an issue with electricity in my room. The solution they offered was really good.

I liked that the staff was very kind and helpful. They received my car and took it to the parking lot. Everything I needed was at a walking distance and the roof top bar & restaurant have an amazing view and delicious food. The room service was superb and the room was cozy and clean.

Stairs were very dangerous-I had a bad fall and injured my head, leg and knee. No hand rail or any sort of aid . I was with a friend luckily who went to get ice, but while I was lying at the bottom the stairs (from top floor) staff passed me and just ignored me-very bad on their part, didn’t ask if I needed help or stop to help. Not good at all.

The location was good. Dinner and live music was good.
