We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We slept very well. They have comfortable bed and location is quiet. Every room has a private entrance with a parking spot. Public transport works very well. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

United StatesThe hotel assigned us to room 30, yet they were doing construction in room 29 right next door to it. What that meant for us was that our stay was disrupted A LOT by construction noise starting early in the morning up until 9 pm in the evening! This woke us up out of our sleep and disrupted my work plans during our stay. We also experienced cigarette smoke coming into our room from the workers taking breaks while talking on their phones right in front of the room that we occupied. Why place customers in such a situation without warning? There was none mentioned on booking.com or else we would not have booked at this hotel! Customers shouldn't have to ask to be moved to a different room. Instead, consideration should be given by the hotel beforehand to not place customers in such conditions. We did not ask to be moved, We left the hotel instead! Remember, faulty sevice costs customers peace of mind, time and money!
The housekeepers were friendly and polite and offered service daily! Upon our arrival, The room was clean and in proper working condition.
