We liked everything

The location was perfect, it is quiet but close to the shops and to the ferry. It's clean and quiet accomodation. We hired scooter and we booked snorkelling through the hotel and it was perfect! The communication was excellent.Its a perfect place to stay in Cozumel.Highly recommended.

There was a bit of noise from the street in the morning and a bit of light entering the room. Overall a great experience.

The room was nice and big, with a good kitchen and all very clean. There was an amaca that was nice to lay down to rest. Our room had a patio that was great to eat some breakfast in the morging. The location is good, being 15 min form the city center/arrival of the ferry and near the supermarket AKi if you what to do some groceries, a pharmacy and restaurants. Celeste was really nice, with a warm and energetic welcoming. She explained everything and was always willing to help. The pool is a nice touch if you want to spend some minutes in the water before going out or relax from the trips :)

I honestly can’t come up with a single inconvenience.

Central, 2 blocks away from supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, etc… away from loud tourist strip. Immaculate, safe, comfortable, quiet AC. Best of all: GREAT service keeps me coming back, this was my fourth stay. The staff is ABSOLUTELY wonderful. Water refills, complimentary fresh coffee every morning, use of well appointed kitchen with large fridge- in addition to mini-fridge in the room.

Anything would be better with a beach view, but no complaints!

Friendly and welcoming. Great feeling of safety. Beautiful and clean facilities with unique and comfortable rooms. Easily accessible from town and ferry, within walking distance. Good value.

The bed was new but was a bit firm. Also, some additional furniture would have been nice, the couch was too small for 2 people and the outdoor metal chairs were uncomfortable to sit for any period of time.

I stayed for a month and at first the cleaning was great but not so much during the last 10 days or so. And then I stopped tipping so often and it got worse.

I have stayed at the Caribo before (and will again!) and it is quiet, safe, a comfortable distance from the square, beach, restaurants and a grocery store. The 3rd floor apartment with private patio is lovely! And Celeste is an amazing concierge: helpful, energetic and truly cares about and connects with her guests. She is a GEM!

This is sort of on us for not checking more thoroughly. There is definitely a fair amount of noise here as you are right next to the street. We also had to hang a blanket over the window to block out some of the light/noise. It was several blocks walk to the main pier. I also was not certain that we were in a safe area since I'd never been there before. There was razor wire around some of the nearby buildings so I worried about the potential crime rate. There were also military personnel driving around on a regular basis so I felt a bit on alert much of the time.

The host was very responsive and the room was pretty and simple. It was also very affordable and felt like an authentic experience since we were in the town and away from the super touristy area. The other people who stayed there were friendly. We were there during Christmas week so it was fun to walk around and see the various decorations. I think the place was much safer than I initially felt (probably due to my own privilege back home).

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was cleaned every day. The pool is small but perfect to cool off in. The location is a 10 - 15 minute walk from the centre of town, but it means you’ll get a nice, quiet sleep.

In our room only, the public area above us had chairs that people would drag on the floor loudly, but only at certain times of the day.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely great having the kitchen and coffee. Very clean and comfortable. Nice small pool to cool off. More environmentally conscious than most places we visited.

Room was fine, maybe a bit basic. We had to get local taxi to find the place as my directions got us lost ! AND THAT IS MY FAULT

Great free coffee. Various places to relax and hang out. A ten minute walk back to the main plaza area. Safe and secure area to stop unauthorised access. Key pad lock for main door which was good, but slightly more awkward at night. Rented a scooter for 24 hours, which was good, and easy roads to navigate around.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Very lush with a lot of plants and a pool to have a dip in at the end of the day. Excellent sustainability measures in place. Celeste (hostess) is an absolute superstar, she had amazing communication and great recommendations for the stay on Cozumel.
