Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

The cabin way very well maintainwd and equipped. Many courtesy gifts offered: snacks, drinks. The Cenote is amazigh and being able to enjoy it alone was fantastic. The staff is really friendly, speaks English (which is not so frequent in that area), very attentive and helpful.

Switzerlandnothing - we loved all of it from A to Z
The whole stay was such an exceptional experience that overcame any expectations we could have had. Very personal service, with different dinner places in the cave of the cenote or around a fogata. We loved all of it and highly recommend it to any individual traveller. Where else in the world do you have a cenote at your doorstep? No noisy groups, no swim wests. Just pure bliss. Thanks to the team around Teresa to create this sacred space and make it accessible to everyone. We loved it and will certainly be back!

FranceOnly being able to spend a short time there, as I would have loved to stay multiple days.
Best overall hospitality experience in a very long time. Magical place, exceptional design and comfort and superb welcome and attention from genuinely nice people. I cannot recommend this place enough, it should be a must do for anyone passing through this part of the world. So much thought and investment has gone into making this place unique and perfect.

United KingdomWe loved everything from start to finish. There is nothing we can say we didn't like.
This place is paradise. The staff are super friendly and to swim in a ceynote alone after the general public leave is breathtaking. Two candlelit dinners one inside the cenote and one next to a log fire under the stars were truly amazing. Thank you thank you thank you to the whole team.

AustraliaNo aircon in the room, but you have 24hour access to the cenote for swimming.
Exceptional. The highlight of my Yucatán trip. Friendly staff, who messaged me and said the kitchen closes at 5 but we will keep food for your late arrival. Gorgeous rooms, luxurious and spacious. Fantastic location, sleeping 100m away from a cenote you have 24hour access too.

IrelandWe did not benefit of the cocktail bar or the night time swimming in cenote since we visited during easter weekend, wished we knew that in advance. I cannot explain how loud the jungle gets during night, I barely had any sleep but I am a very light sleeper. I would prepare better for that and advise others to do that.
The bungalow was amazing and just being in the middle of the jungle is an outstanding experience. We absolutely loved the fact we had access to the cenote which is breathtaking itself.

NetherlandsBecause it is in the middle of the nature the electricity and water is limited. Therefor the shower is not always warm and back to basic. So be prepared for a camping experience combined with amazing nature a beautyfull room and very nice staff
The hotel is on a natural park. There are Lots of cenotes near to visit. The cenote on the park wherr the chambers are, is very beautifull and it is possible to take a private night swim to see the stars from whit in the cenote. The park and cenote are open for public visitors during the day. But in the morning and evening the park is only for the hotel quest (there are only 3 hotel rooms). In the morning you can drink coffee in the cenote to see the sun in the cenote. We saw Lots of amazing birds and lemon tree monkeys. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and the staff is so very kind. An absolut tip is to go to Punta Laguna were you can zipline, see monkeys and kayak for around 1000 peso (50 euro) per person.

United KingdomThe only downside is that you have to go out for your evening meal or order food before 5 when the restaurant closes to save for later.
The place was beautiful and peaceful. There was a bar, restaurant, massage area and of course the beautiful cenote. You can go night swimming in it and enjoy a fire afterwards.

New ZealandWe booked all 3 huts and so had the whole place to ourselves. The groundsman at night was really friendly and helpful. He made sure we had access to the cenote, turning on the lights and then set up the firepit for us. We took advantage of the massage which was awesome. The staff are very friendly and relaxed. We had a great stay.

PolandYou should be aware that the place is pretty remote, in the middle of jungle, they have solar panels and electricity may be limited
As for now, there are 3 bungalows there. All of them spacious and luxurious, very well equipped and perfectly clean. On site there is also a small restaurant (closed in the evening) and of course the beautiful cenote. While staying there you have unlimited access to it after and before official opening hours which is amazing. The stuff is super nice and the manager, Casillas, speaks perfect English. Also their efforts to create an unforgettable experience are amazing: there are candles in your room, you have an option for an amazing swim in the cenote by candlelight and there is a temazcal place there too (you need to book it in advance though). You get asleep and wake up to the sound of the jungle. Overall an amazing place and great experience!

MexicoWe had dinner at the cenote and I personally got bitten more than 100 times by mosquitoes, it would’ve been nice if they would’ve put plants to divert the mosquitoes or offered bug repellent, it was very uncomfortable. The food was not good also, and they didn’t have everything that was offered in the menu. I honestly don’t believe it’s worth the price.
I enjoyed the location and being in nature. I loved that the property owns the cenote and you have access to it. It was awesome that you get a concierge and they recommend places to eat on the way and places to visit. The room was fantastic and you get to sleep next to the jungle in a comfy bed with your private shower. They offer snacks and you have to plan your meals in advance, which was unique but understandable given the location.

United KingdomHad to check out a day early, for the first time ever, due to food poisoning. A refund was promised, but is not forthcoming. Kitchen had serious hygiene issues. Staff seem completely unprofessional. Room was damp and musty and not ready upon arrival, had to wait 2 hours.
This accommodation is next to a cenote for day trippers. The accommodation is definitely secondary and not a priority for the management. Would not recommend.
