Location was good, nice pools & hot tub, well kept grounds, staff was very nice and helpful. Good location to have a car, secure parking and close to highway turn arounds. Hammock on rear balcony was a nice touch.

We loved the place but had ongoing issues with the door entry keypad. Keypad was touchy & hard to consistently get in. We followed directions but it would take several attempts most of the time. Instructions included waiting 40 seconds after any failed attempts. This was frustrating. Host told us there had not been prior issues & replaced batteries, but it really didn't seem to help. We came to believe the pad itself needs to be replaced. It often took 5-10 minutes to gain entry with wait times, and we got stuck outside of the apartment for over an hour one day.

Beautiful property and apartment was just as pictured. Really appreciated the filtered water in the kitchen! Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. On site staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool was clean and many lounge chairs and umbrellas available. The property was quiet and felt very safe. Gym was a good size and had cardio equipment and free weights. There is some traffic noise since the main road is close but that also made Uber pickups super quick. Wonderful place over all.

Beach way too dangerous to swim (dumping big waves). Very close to highway. Tough to find a nice place nearby for breakfast.

There were things that need attending to - ants in the kitchen, loose outlets, stove needed cleaning, broken lamp and coffee pot - these things can be delt with - but it would have been nice if someone came to our room to deal with them. Instead we had to take care of them or just live with broken items.

The place needs some repairs. We found that the light in the shower was not working. The beach-side outside handle to the sliding glass door from the living room is missing, making it hard to get back inside. The mattress has a slope from a high in the middle and while adequate is not very comfortable. We called that high the mountain in the middle. The bottom hinge on the left door that hides the washing machine/dryer unit was completely broken, so the door hangs askew. The light on the ceiling fan in the bedroom flashes light for about 3-5 minutes after being turned off (electrical leakage?).

Lovely views and really enjoyed the condo's community hot tub/pool. Having a kitchen was important to us. Direct access to the beach was the reason we chose this location. Having the Zippers beachside restaurant within walking distance was a bonus, as we did not have a car.

Unit B501 needed a little TLC. Umbrellas, beach chairs, condiments in kitchen, working drapes could use some attention. Bar across highway can get loud, but sound was not heard in the bedroom if bathroom door to that side was closed.

Beautiful sunrise view. Quiet resort, always chairs available. No problem bringing your own snacks & drinks to the pool area. All areas kept clean.

The highway noise,which isn't your fault. The two hot tubs... The smaller round one only had 1 jet working, and the larger one the temperature was cooler than expected. We were a little disappointed that the housekeeper didn't have any extra toilet paper. Only two rolls we supplied for our long stay. Had to go buy more....

We liked the ocean view, being in a higher apartment, the balcony for morning and evening relaxation. Being furnished with cook utinsels etc

Just keep in mind that the beach in front has strong waves and is not suitable for most swimmers — we didn't mind at all, as we swam in the three pools, walked along the beach (which is not crowded at all), and we took a 10 minute Uber ride ro nearby beaches!

The Mykonos condo and complex were fantastic, and we would love to return and stay again! The apartment is very well equipped (more so than our apartment at home haha), with a washer and dryer, a barbecue, a very well-equipped kitchen, and two big balconies with ocean views. It was very easy to order Ubers anywhere we wanted to go in town, and pick up food from the large grocery stores five minutes away. Our host was very responsive and helpful — we had the not-so-great luck of staying there during Hurricane Kay, which didn't hit Los Cabos hard, but did create a couple of rainy, windy days. Our flight was cancelled due to the storm, and the host kindly let us extend our stay by another night! They also told me how to use the hurricane guards on the windows, which were great at protecting the apartment from the strongest part of the storm. On our nice weather days, we greatly enjoyed the beach, pools, and balconies, and even found many sea turtles laying their eggs right in front of the condo!

Swimming pools not that clean, required more maintenance, a lot of female hair in the pool, which made me feel gross. In addition, the A/C wasn’t working, causing extreme discomfort because it was super hot inside the condo. Management was notified and provided instructions to set it to cooling temperatures. However, after multiple attempts trying to set the cooling temperature, it still wouldn’t work.

I didn’t like that the beach was so rough you could walk it but there was no getting into the water. Also The pool was super cold. Kids are allowed but it’s not a super kid friendly place. With cold pools and kids not allowed in the hot tub that was kind of a bummer.

The property was nice. Beds were cozy kitchen was well stocked and the grocery store was very close. Beautiful views and the other residents were very friendly. It was quiet and over all a great value.
