The hotel is very isolated and is a 45-minute ride from the center of Veracruz.

This hotel is in a beautiful waterfront location. The pool is big and gorgeous. Our room was spotless and very comfortable with a lovely ocean view.

Can't think of something bad.

Everything was excellent! It is like an oasis in the middle of nowhere but at the beach. It is a true escapade from the busy city. The rooms are huge!! It feels like a 5 start hotel. Even the mattress quality was excellent.

The pool is cold, which is ok for a Northern European family, but it is really cold (shadow side of the hotel).

The breakfast buffet was great, with a lot of options and nice espresso coffee (which is difficult to get in Mexico!). The staff was very kind, also with our twin daughters. Great location: quiet place and almost a private beach.

Because of an exceptional situation (gale force winds over several days) the hotel could not deliver on its promises. Electricity/water outages, beach and pool closed, hardly any clients in the house. We were nevertheless thankful for the safe shelter.

It is a little far from doentown and the hotel bar was closed really earlybbefore 10,30 at nigth . It is locatied very far away from bars it would be grenst, if you could buy a drink until 11 or midnigth.

It is a very Nice hotel with All the things you may need . Personal is extrémely kind and Nice .

location was perfectly private. Reception was incredible attentive and informative. Personal at the restaurant was very polite and friendly. Hotel was spotless, and organized. It's a rare find @ here. Love it and I will definitely be staying here again.

The restaurant was absolutely appalling, the staff didn't bother to ask us if we needed help with our bags, they weren't warm or friendly. Our room was dirty, especially the bathrooms (hair in the shower, counter top not clean) it was all around a really unpleasant experience. Would not recommend

The room A/C will keep you awake; the hallways have no A/C, fresh air supply - it feels very weird, like an abandoned facility. Diluted orange juice in the restaurant; no butter, only margarine, meat in hamburgers tasted like paper and looked grey, coffee was bad.

This hotel is located away from the city noise, right on the shore, easy to find, outside covered parking, it has a beautifully decorated restaurant.

Bed sheets where stained with red like it was blood, bed was squecky and noisy. On the reservation at first it showed me breakfast included but at the end It was not included

Sofa bed was not comfortable. The hotel is isolated, there is nothing around for miles. No swim up bar. They only give you one key for your room. Breakfast buffet is expensive.

When arrived staff, did not provide information related to request the credit card for incidentals, such as restaurant meals. The staff did not explain the amenities in the hotel and its restaurant . Also the staff dis not provided enough towels for the party of 4 for each of the 2 rooms. They even requested to call main office. It appears there is no security in the premisses, which make you feel a little uncomfortable. Most likely traveling with kids make’s it a bit concerning. Conclusión: Reception staff needs to be trained to improve on customer service. Plumbing needs fixing. Security many need to be improved. Cost wides: compared to prices in Hotels from Cancun with similar amenities and location. It is a bit pricey. I guess this is more an experience with Booking.com compared to Expedia.furthermore the room had a sewage oddor. The room had rubber covers to reduce that, but that is not a fix and does not prevent from the oddor to spread in the room.

The property is isolated with almost it’s own beach. Niece pool and beach area. Very closed to Mandinga restaurants.
