The doors to the rooms didn’t close entirely but it was very quiet. It just let in a little light but we slept with masks on so it wasn’t an issue.

The pool is amazing, really beautiful backdrop. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel as a whole is really cool.

Beautiful boutique hotel/hostel in the centre of Tulum. Great if you are looking for more laid-back, bohemian, artsy vibes. We took the twin room and it was very cozy and also had working air conditioning and fan. The vibe in the general area is great, very relaxed with an amazing bar and pool. The personnel was very generous and kind and helped us in every way. The breakfast was included in the price but absolutely amazing. The premise also has bicycles you can use for free.

The bikes were all with soft tires, tried to solve it myself but was not always possible. I understand that it comes from the heat but it was a bit harder to go around

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Clean, spacious, comfortable, very well designed. Amazing pool/garden/common areas. Very nice staff. Just keep in mind that, in the double rooms with private bathroom, there is no door separating the toilet/shower from the rest of the room (at least that was the case in our room).

The room didn't have curtains on the door made of blurred glass, so we were woken up from 5am with the light... also, the AC is directly in front of the bed, so if you're not American you will probably struggle to find the perfect temperature without getting sick with AC blowing directly on your face while you sleep hahaha But these are only minor comments, I would still come back to this hotel :)

The hotel has a very relaxed, young-people atmosphere. The vintage decor is very beautiful. The AC was working very well, the water pressure and temperature great, the bed comfortable. The drinks and breakfast were amazing :) The stuff were very helpful and kind, I was contacted via WhatsApp the day before the stay to inform us of the exact location of the hotel etc.

-It's difficult to find the hotel -It stinks from the pipes in the bathroom -Windows are not tight so you can hear everything from outside - one of the light was not working in the room -locker to close the door almost fell apart and it was hard to close the room :) -difdicult to find a hair dryer in the object

This is one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. Loved the design, the pool and surrounding area to sit and relax is great. The staff are so friendly and helpful and really make you feel at home. Free water, Free shampoo, Free bikes, Free towel, free breakfast which is amazingly good! All these things make that little difference when you travel! There is a kitchen with fridge, and cooker if you want to make your own food. The location is great, close to restaurants, bars, supermarket. Short walk from ADO bus terminal. Beach is a 25min cycle. WiFi is good. It’s a real hidden gem! I loved it so much I stayed twice!

The room was great. spacious, clean and with lots of vintage/artsy details, just like the rest of the property. If you have an eye for art, music and nature, this is the place for you. Very nice pool with futon cushions to relax on. Super friendly staff, easy check-in/check-out process and I had a good experience with the other guests as well, they were well behaved and had good energy. Great location in a quiet street just parallel of the main street of Tulum with restaurants, bars and shops. I had a great experience at the Temazcal ceremony which, however, was held at a location nearby, as the Botanica lodge was temporarily not in use. I would definitely recommend the experience.

The best hostel I stayed at by far. Guests and staff were friendly, warm and respectful. Rooms and beds were comfortable and there was event little baskets to store your essentials, to avoid opening and closing your luggage in the dorm. The share spaces exceeded my expectations, it felt very homey, like a tranquil oasis after a long day of visiting the city. The photos dont do the garden, pool and sitting areas justice. Wifi was fast, I was able to work when I needed to. I would definitely go back.

I really found it perfect. Only thing I could say and nothing to do with the property and probably a personal thing. I dont like aircon, but this is something to negotiate with the people in your shared room.

The space is amazing. Extremely cozy, I felt like I did not want to leave the hostel. You have very nice spaces to chill, read a book, get in the swimming pool, relax and sun bath. I went to other hotels with a nice looking design but the spaces were not as well distributed as this one. Lending the bikes for free is a super plus. I wish I had stayed longer there. Plus, the staff is just super nice and friendly!
