The bed was too firm for me. Also, getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom can be dangerous since it is downstairs. There is minimal cookware and dishes. Also, you expect to go to the forest for quiet and relaxation, except that there are too many quadrunners passing through. In addition, the cabins are too close together, you can hear their music and their laughter.

It's a beautiful cabin with great big windows that open completely, except that there are some houses in front that obstruct the view of the forest partially. I loved the jacuzzy.

I didn't like that what is advertised on booking is not the actual cabinet you are delivered by host. We had to pay extra in cash to get the cabin we thought we were getting even if the description on booking was accurate host disagreed and we had to pay extra. One of the beds was dirty from a previous stay, ot had hair and what seemed to be crumbs. We had to sleep on top of covers.

Location is away from town and not many vehicles driving around. Nice cabins.

The cabins are beautiful, but there is some small maintenance due, like the bathroom towel hanger and the sink faucet where very loose, though still functioning. A thing to mention, which might not be in the host control, is that the road/path to get to the cabins is rough, mostly after downtown with lots of big potholes.

Cabin was beautiful! the layout is modern and romantic, very clean and there were not really any big bugs, which I really appreciated. I also want to highlight that the host team was excellent, very accommodating, professional and attentive. We would definitely love to come back.

The place was great. But if you are sensitive to cold weather bring extra blankets or buy enough wood for the fireplace to last all night.

The cabin was spacious. Up on the mountain. Very clean and cozy.

The bed is older and slants toward the center. The large jacuzzi was practically unusable due to low water pressure. I think it would have taken many hours to fill the tub and the water would have gotten cold before you could enjoy it. The bathroom has a window that exposes it to the interior of the cabin; so, there is no privacy.

This cabin is very spacious and well decorated. We really enjoyed the outdoor deck and grill. The deck has nice furniture and a swing to enjoy the night sky.

That staff is not onsite for issues that may arise. We had issues with the TV upon arrival and had to wait for the next day.

Stayed in the Isabela cabin and it was great for a couple. The road to get in is pretty bumpy but worth it. You are literally in the woods so make sure you bring everything with you from town, if not there is a small store at the bottom. I had a flat tire and the people who rent bikes helped out which was awesome. Great staff and they send messages, too bad my phone died and I couldn't text back but not there fault. Would definitely stay there again.

Your telephone network service needs to improve, the signal is very poor and that is a bit annoying because you are cut off
