The room was a bit warm but they supplied me with 2 fans!

Staff was great, kitchen was clean and very cool vibe.

It is in a loud neighborhood, as previously stated. The bathroom has an overwhelming stench of sewer. Guests are allowed to smoke on the patio, and since the doors are not sealed, the smoke enters the rooms (as a non smoker I cannot understand why those with this drug addiction are accommodated when it not only harms them but those around them) Not enough patio furniture.

The staff were lovely to work with. I liked having access to the kitchen and patio. Bottled water provided.

Convenient location for bars means that it is a noisy neighborhood until the bars close. Not their fault, and the cost of being in the middle of it all.

We alerted the contact what time we would arrive and never heard anything back. Then we had to wait outside for nearly an hr to be let in by another guest. No one answered the bell at the entrance or phone number available.

smell from the drains in bathroom - maybe this couldn't be helped. its quite noisy from outside, but the also noisy fan drowned it out :D

the room was simple and clean, with nice decor. the bed was really comfy! good shower too

Beautiful accommodation, quiet and clean. There is a common terrace and kitchen to prepare food with a fridge and all needed utensils (microwave, pans, etc). The area is safe and very close to the center. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and will gladly come again!

The room was very clean and there was a nice outdoor courtyard area to sit in. There is a kitchen that can be used and it’s a 10 minute walk to the central historic sites. Good value for money.

The area is not safe. I was mugged by two guys on a motorcycle half a block from the hotel. This is not the hotel's fault but it happened. It is also very loud from the neighborly bars and clubs from Thursday to the weekend.

This is an economically priced hotel in el centro of Guadalajara. It is quiet Monday to Wednesday.

Bear in mind that reception is not 24h. It's on the upper floor of a building without an elevator.

Not a large boutique hostel but facilities in excellent and clean condition. Spacious room. Hot showers. Drinking water available. Simple but effective decor. Chill courtyard to hang out. No air conditioning but I didn't mind as I prefer fan ventilation.

Next to the hotel, there was a warehouse, it made a loud noise until 9 or 10pm;

Can be noisy, they leave you some sleeping ear plugs though. Room on the corner can be hot during the day; even though it has a ceiling fan, it lacks proper ventilation.

Perfect location if you are going to be around downtown. Very responsive and flexible management (they let me check-in earlier for the room was available).

Noise from the clubs on the weekend, but the staff warns you of that. With earplugs it was fine. Wifi was spotty. We were without water 1 day, but it was quickly fixed.

Great location. Nice courtyard to hangout in. Great kitchen. Free water. Very kind staff that assisted us with doing laundry. We were very uncomfortable in the room with 1 bed, so the staff graciously allowed us to switch rooms for 2 beds. Hot shower.

If you are travelling with a lot of baggage, it is uncomfortable due to the rooms being located on the second floor.

It is an excellent location and a nice place. You get perfect privacy

Personally I don't have anything to complain about... just with people in mind that have a sensitive nose, our bathroom hasn't had the nicest smell (I think it came from the drain) but that's about it.

First of all, the location was perfect and close (in walking distance) to most of the things u wanna see in GDL. The staff was super friendly and helpful (Sayla, the person at that time who did the check in/out was lovely) and the place had a really nice charm (especially through the inner courtyard). I can absolutely recommend to stay there for longer or short while u visit GDL.

I have been staying in Guadalajara for months, going from place to place This is a really great hostal, shared kitchen, my room has poor internet, which was bad for me, but most rooms have better, and you can sit in the patio and internet is great Location is 10/10, Oxxo down the street, a whole alley of great food a block away, just a few blocks from the main Centro. Price is amazing, and you can access easily. Security is good, and the street is quiet, but very close to the downtown.

it was a bit noisy since there were some clubs nearby and the road was just directly at my windows. So if you are too sensitive to noise, consider that.

I loved the inner patio and the location. Casa Arrayán is like a small secret place in the center.

NO AC and no windows in the room, pretty hard to go to sleep in a hot room.

No aircon & the fan was really loud at night. kitchen usable but facilities a bit old. Some traffic noises from the streets on the weekend.

It was a very private and comfortable apartment. The staff were very accommodating with luggage storage before/after our stay.
