The room was in the second floor, difficult to get luggage and pets up. Parking lot is 3 blocks away and extra charge per night. The street is so narrow for a big car, keep that in mind. Also no hot water 😬

Cleaness, pet friendly low cost per dog. Small property. It's in La Santa Cruz neighborhood where you can walk around, beds ok.

The gate gets locked at 10pm with no additional access. I am normally in before then so it didn't affect me, but with the holiday festivities going on this could be very inconvenient for some folks. There isn't much green space near the hotel which meant a several block walk to a park to take care of my dog.

This hotel is a little east of the Centro area, in one of the colonial neighborhoods. The room was small but adequate for the couple of nights we stayed. It was very clean. The white tile floors were pretty but showed my dogs paw prints pretty quickly. This was my issue not the hotel's. The included secure parking was a couple of blocks away in a paid/attended lot.

The bath towels are inadequate. Gray, thin and not very absorbent, more like a dish towel than a bath towel. This is a really nice place and the towels are not up to par.

Comfortable room, clean, strong shower with plenty of hot water, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location.

-very noisy because of thin walls -bit confusing because on google the wrong spot is marked on maps, make sure you arrive in the right place

Room was very small and dark as it was a the far end of a narrow outside courtyard. Check out time was stated for 13:00 but I was told to be out at 12:00.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful.

The cleaning staff start early and are a bit loud. The sound in general carried right through the rooms. Another tenant got sick one night and I could hear everything.

Front desk staff were really friendly. The room is shaded and cool. The terrace has nice views.

There was nothing I disliked and I have no suggestions for improvements.

Size of room, stylishly furnished and with large and very comfortable bed; plenty of storage and hanging space; desk for using laptop on; excellent wi-fi connectivity; hot water available at all times; lovely second floor roof terrace with good views of the old town; location in quiet side street, close to the Convento de Santa Cruz de los Milagros; good cafes and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk; pleasant and helpful staff on the reception desk, though none spoke English; filter coffee available in the reception area every morning, free of charge. I would happily stay at this hotel again, and can warmly recommend it to fellow travellers looking for value for money accommodation in the beautiful old town of Santiago de Queretero.

The rooms are too small and uncomfortable to move around the room. The bathroom is small. There is no parking lot & and the parking lot they had was a block away and you have to leave your keys.

There was construction work being done so it was good to be out during the day. My room was a bit noisy with people passing by close to my door. I wasn’t able to arrange an early check in.

It was close to all the things I wanted to see. The rooftop terrace was a lovely spot.

Location was great, a very quiet street on the edge of the historic center. Room was simple but large and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. Room stayed relatively cool on hot days, and came with a good fan. Price was excellent.

The room size was much smaller than the photos made it look. There was barely room to walk around the bed. Fine for the couple of nights we were there but for a longer stay the room looked at first.

The location was good and the staff was nice. The rooftop area with fridge and microwave was a bonus. Hot water was good and it was quiet.

The shower head pressure was absolutely out of control, the shower floor felt dirty. Towels looked old and kind of yellow-ish. Which I didn’t fell like using them. Bed sheets were also old and didn’t feel good to touch.
