Nothing, it is not as advertised. Be very careful here. The owner is an angry and aggressive man and his drinking buddies who he has around will attempt to intimidate you as they want more money. I’m sure I was the only guest there, and it really is no surprise. I called the police as I felt very threatened and asked for them to accompany me away from the premises as I was fearful of leaving with all my belongings

Nothing, the worst experience of my life in any hotel

Excellent location, very close to Paseo Montejo and Paseo 60 where you can have food and drinks. Walking distance to get Va y Ven buses and combis to downtown and Malls. The kitchen is well equipped that make you feel like home. The staff members are young but eager to help us if we get questions.

Large room

We didn't have hot water for 2 nights. Breakfast was served late after 8am. Half an hour away from the historic centre

Lovely staff, clean hostel, comfortable.

Great staff, clean area, and lots of common areas with seating. There was an issue with our first room, so they upgraded us free of charge which was very nice and much appreciated. Also they have bikes for rental and he gave us one free day due to the length of our stay which was so useful and made going into the center significantly faster. The beds were comfy and our second room had a TV.

The breakfast is sparse but we didn’t mind - I just wish they had a coffee pot to brew our own coffee (only instant coffee) and free drinking water, which they didn’t. As mentioned by others it’s a bit far from the center, but that was OK with us, it seems easier to get an Uber than taxi in that area. All in all the stay was excellent for the price!

For city accommodation it was quiet. Its cheap and cheerful and there is off street parking available.

Bathroom a little tatty but it is hostel style and value for money. To go into town it is about 20mins fast walking, but to be more central would cost more and more difficult for parking.

The room was clean and comfortable, as well as there was a TV and an AC.

The breakfast is basically not existent. You get literally 2 slices of toast bread and a coffee.

Big comfortable room with everything you needed - first room in Mexico in fact to have air con which was nice surprise. Friendly staff who got room ready ahead of 3pm check in for us and helped with Amazon parcel delivery. Well equipped kitchen and nice surprise of free coffee and bread in morning.

Pool was empty which was a shame. There was a small crack near air con unit so mosquitos could come in so we had to wear deet at night. It is quite far from centre 25-35 minute walk and no good bus connections so worth considering.

We got in at around 930 pm and went straight to bed without looking around the room first.The hot water was broken. The room was filthy. There was dirty dishes and food left in the communal room and what appears to be fecal matter on the walls. We asked 2 time for hot water to be fixed to no avail and left within 13 hours of arrival to go to another place. So far no money back.

The place is really nice. There was a shared kitchen, dining room and bath room, well equipped and decorated. The owner made us feel welcome by filling the pool with fresh water. We highly recommend it!

The room was spacious and very quiet. The A/C was very strong and working perfectly. I had a pleasant stay.

The only negative thing is the location. It is 20 min walk to the historical city centre. The area felt safe but as a solo female traveler, I was worried to go back to the hotel after 10.00PM.

Nice place, clean and confortable. Good A/C and wifi.
