I didn’t like the lighting in the room. Only one table lamp. Two would be better. One lamp for each side. Also no coffee for the coffee maker.

It’s a beautiful property in a beautiful historic neighborhood . Great restaurants around and vegetation. I would definitely stay here again.

unfortunately there was no breakfast provided. There is a very nice coffee shop on the property. Super clean, great location, several restaurants within easy walking distance. very comfortable room. Nespresso coffee maker in the room but only coffee for the first morning was provided.

First night room 8 had some through-the-wall music from an adjoining property. We were moved to a better isolated room.

Our room was a bit strange with a courtyard between the room and the sitting room/entrance. Other rooms had access to small courtyard. It worked out, but should be stated when you book that room.

Perfect location in Colonial Americana. A restored old mansion on a nice quiet street. Great patio with cafe, where we enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast.

Great hotel with all you need, clean and comfortable bedrooms. Stayed here with my 2month baby and we had a great time. Staff is very quick supporting you in all you need. The location is perfect, easy to access and go everywhere in Guadalajara.

Our rooms had a connecting internal patio but were not told until the following day of our stay. Mosquitos were a problem at night, I wished we would have also been advised to be careful with windows and doors because there are no screens.

Clean, great location, modern and updated beautiful rooms. A lot of natural light and high ceilings were lovely. Staff was friendly. We felt secure the entire stay and there were so many restaurants and art to see nearby, we had a great time.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic part of town. I was lucky to stay in one of the modern rooms in the new building. Lush gardens. Beautiful architecture. Loved the design and the timber panels that can be open to reveal floor to ceiling windows. King sized bed was super comfortable and the Nespresso pods were most appreciated. 100% would stay again. Casa ITECA is across the road (architecturally significant/art gallery) and there is a fantastic ramen restaurant (fine dining) a block away. Staff are very friendly and bilingual. There’s also a great little on-sire cafe/bar.

Beautiful wood paneling, lovely garden and a nice breakfast area. The neighbourhood has good restaurants nearby with a variety of food types.
