Such a fabulous boutique hotel - tucked away from the hustle and bustle with gorgeous views for the beach. The pool was wonderful as were the chic interiors.

Staff was excellent. Didn't need for anything, quick to help any desire, booking, or local questions. Beautiful place tucked on the other side of the island away from the craziness. 20 min taxi/golf cart /moped to restaurants and most excursions but that's the price for seclusion when you want it. 10/10

What an absolute gem in the Caribbean! My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! Staff was super helpful and friendly and the property was immaculate. The little private beach was amazing! We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

There was nothing we didn’t like, the only thing was I thought there was a hammock on the porch of the room I rented, at least it seemed that way from the photos, and there was not but not a big deal at all. The lunch menu was a little too fancy for us and the two kids but the staff was very accommodating. If anything maybe just a couple simple options to add to the lunch snacks but once again not a big deal. We loved it here, very beautiful and special place.

The property is in quiet location of the island and we loved that. The entrance and grounds are beautiful. The pool was amazing and the private beach area was just perfect. The rooms were cute and even though no fridge in the room there was one available for us, as well as a microwave if needed. The breakfast was great and had just enough options, even for picky eaters like us. The staff was amazing. Also, the room fan was so good that we even shut the air conditioning off and didn’t need it, the fan cooled the room enough on its own.

We loved everything about this place and I mean everything, the friendly staff, the view, the food, the pool, the sunset, the room, the bed, .... everything. I don't often give a 10 heck I think I've only ever given a 10 one time before and I travel a lot. Casa Coco is a 10 Stars.

The property is extremely beautiful and well kept up. You have the beauty of the water and the nature and the beautiful garden, and the facility itself is stunning. The pictures do not do it justice.

The shower in the room has a nice window and view of the lagoon. Unfortunately, there is no door or curtain for the shower which means the sunlight comes in, which will brighten up the room preventing a pitch black room for those who cannot sleep with light. We also heard a lot of noise from what sounded like a generator to large AC machine during the night and early morning. We had a Garden view room, so would discourage booking this room if you’re a sensitive sleeper.

The property is beautiful! Staff were super helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and a culinary highlight of the island. The amenities were great, compared to other hotels we stayed in during our Yucatán road trip. We loved our stay and would recommend this to anyone who is looking to enjoy the island in a relaxing environment. The hotel is not a walking distance to downtown, and a taxi is very affordable. We rented a moped during our stay which was very convenient and gave the best of both worlds.

More food options for lunch in the hotel would be good given the hotel is quite isolated but it is okay with planning.

Casa Coco is an idyllic hotel situated midway in Isla Mujeres. It has a great beach area for swimming and kayaking. It’s far from the party central and close to some good eateries, I’d recommend a golf cart and travel all across the island is easy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, if you’re looking to enjoy this island in peace, I recommend this hotel. A great breakfast was also included.

I guess it was on the high end of my budget but in life sometimes you gotta pay extra for luxury. I splurged for the ocean view and it was totally worth it. Also, as a solo traveler, it's not really central enough to meet people, you would have to take a taxi downtown or stay in a more hostel vibe like mad monkey or something. But if you want quiet or relaxing or romantic, this place is for you.

Property was gorgeous from the moment you walked in. Views on the water were spectacular. Staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. The breakfasts were amazing and different every single day. Best ceviche I had on the island. All the food was super fresh, made to order. The drinks were perfect. The room was spotless. Big comfortable bed. Kayaking and swimming were very accessible and right off the dock/beach. Nice rooftop to do yoga. Honestly 10/10 would recommend.

It’s not the property per se, it’s that in general there isn’t a beach on that part of the island in the terms one might expect. You have to be at the northern part for that. However, that’s also a loud, crowded place. So for us, we had no issue taking the 15 minute golf cart ride to get to the beach and then settling back into our quaint and beautiful casa.

Quiet, beautiful, very clean. The pools d outdoor set up is great for relaxing. The finishes are gorgeous. We felt super safe.

Dinner is an issue given that the hotel is a bit remote - I hope the hotel will offer a few options soon.

Personal service, breakfast by a great cook, lots of recommendations and support solving issues, great location with a small but beautiful beach - I'd love to come back one day!

Fantastic boutique hotel, few rooms, when we were there it was almost a private villa all for us. Very quite, small beach, which is not private, but there is hardly anyone there. Food is very good, just few options for lunch. Staff very friendly and useful, can be contacted by WhatsApp. Highly recommended.

Very helpful staff at this beautiful boutique hotel with a gorgeous view on the ocean. Top-notch room and one of the best beds we have slept in. Highly recommended if you want to get away from the busy tourist center of Isla Mujeres.
