There is not parking at the hotel, nor the hotel have an agreements with any of the public parking around. Fortunately around the hotel there are plenty of places to park, if you are lucky you find one without the need to pay.

Central location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff knew very well the amenities in the surroundings.

Staff were great. Our bus was delayed and a member of staff waited to 1.30 am for our arrival. Super comfortable bed and room.

Casa Conzatti is a charming hotel just far enough from the centro to be quiet, but within easy walking distance of every important site in Oaxaca. You will still need transportation and/or a guide for the villages and the ruins.

The location was great! I needed a hotel room close to where I had stayed with a friend, so that it was easy to move and I could have the hotel call a cab at 4 am. It was right in el centro, but it was so QUIET! A lovely place.

My bed was extremely hard however my son's had a little more give. (I should have tested the beds before choosing 🙄) You get noise from people in the courtyard restaurant which isn't good if you go to bed early. Only stairs to second floor.

Nice hotel located across from a park and a few blocks from El Centro. Double room has full-size beds (not queen), a coffee maker, AC, and a jar of water refilled each day. Also our room was on the second floor so it had a balcony. Hot water with good pressure. Restaurant, located in the courtyard, has good breakfast (only meal we ate there)and drinks. Other restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The lovely terrace upstairs is not being used which was part of the reason I booked for some morning sunshine and views of the hills. It would have been more convenient to put food on the room bill but not available.

Cool, clean, quiet and close to everything. Rooms were a good size and my adult sons happy to share with two double beds. The room was dark & cramped and the AC had only 2 settings: on & off. This made the room very cold in the night and because of the hot weather turning it off wasn’t an option. Front desk staff weren’t very friendly.

The room was average, nothing fancy and considering other places I have stayed in this price range you will definitely find nicer and more affordable accommodation in Oaxaca City

Good location - handy to everything. Supermarket close by and some lovely parks all around the hotel.
