Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaBoutique, luxury retreat a little outside of Merida. The room was fabulous - huge, giant and comfortable bed, big shower, great AC. Lovely pool area. Owners were amazing, treated us like family, nothing was too big an ask. Great breakfast and dinner options. Short walk from the main town square with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Internal car park available.

SwitzerlandDespite the overall excellent ambiance, comfort, decoration and facilities, there were some problems with mold and dampness in the room which slightly affected the overall comfort, especially in the room occupied by our son.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Casa de Campo and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast provided exceeded our expectations – a delightful spread of delicious options that made each morning a joy. What truly stood out, though, were the hosts. Carlos and Lety were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Their warmth and attentiveness added a personal touch to our stay, creating a memorable and positive impression.

One of the loveliest places we have been so far. The hosts, Lety and Carlos, are incredibly welcoming and extremely kind. We went with our 1,5 year old daughter who had the best time. The hotel has two dogs who are extremely peaceful and super cute, and our daughter loved caressing them. The hotel has only six rooms, which is great as it is super quiet. The pool is amazing, and the hotel extremely quiet and peaceful, where you get personalized attention like nowhere else. Another guest had a flat tire, and the host Carlos went about to help as much as possible to solve the situation and drive the car to a tyre shop. The hosts also offered to make special food for our daughter, such as eggs, yogurt, pasta etc. Lastly, the beds are absolutely incredible. A perfect place to rest and relax!

Our stay at Casa de Campo was incredible. Lety and Carlos are the kindest people that made us feel super welcome. They catered to all of our needs and we felt really at home. If you plan to visit places outside of Merida (denotes, beach, temples), I highly recommend to stay here. The vibe of the hotel is very relaxed, the food is delicious and the rooms very beautiful and comfortable. It is also very child-friendly and the hosts have great recommendations for activities in the area.

We looked for a property near the place we were invited for a wedding. We definitely got more than just a place to stay. We made friends. Both Lety and Carlos our hosts made us feel home. They went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay. They even took us to the party and picked us up at 2am. We highly recommend the place and will come back to stay and visit our new friends!

United KingdomBeautiful tranquil gardens, Lety & Carlos are outstanding hosts and make you feel at home from the minute you walk in the door. Rooms were clean and comfortable. we’d happily have stayed a few more days to relax. They were incredibly attentive to our 7mnth old baby and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were all happy. the pool is a great bonus to take the edge of the heat!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Campo. The place is very quiet and has a beautiful garden with a nice pool. The owners are super welcoming and friendly. This place is a great option if you want to explore Merida and the surrounding area without being in the busy city center.

By far the best place we ever visited - small boutique hotel with only 6 suites - therefore high quality and very familiar atmosphere. The owner Carlos and his staff made our stay there extremely nice and memorable. The breakfast was the best we had in Mexico during our 1 month trip. The pool and the whole complex were well maintained, clean and quiet. There have been water toys for kids as well. It's located at the end of Conkal, a small village in the suburbs of Merida, not many exciting things to do there - but there are many great places within a short car drive (restaurants, museums, shopping) - Carlos has recommendations for everything!
