Obviously, my room was not a 4* hotel as it is claimed on the booking.com. However, they offered a huge discount of ~50% and the paid amount corresponded somehow to the conditions offered by the hotel. The wi-fi connection was not always stable, but the speed was good enough. No air conditioning but there is no need for it in November.

Nice hotel in the downtown of the city, at a few minutes walking distance from the main tourist objectives. The breakfast was not included in my room rate; it was a bit expensive but good. Nice restaurant in the patio, silent and not crowded. The water in the shower was hot and with good pressure. The staff was friendly and great! Although they didn't speak English (while I don't speak Spanish) we could finally understand each other. Communication issues are part of cultural experience, aren't they?

The price was really expensive for the small room, but it was booked only two weeks before the Dia de Los Muertos, so, it was a good deal after all.

Right in the center of Oaxaca, close to the action for Dia de Los Muertos. Very hospitable and helpful staff.

There are many hairs in the sheets, honestly it’s disgusting and it should be basic hygiene for a hotel

There was a smell to chemicals, they mention that it was to eliminate COVID but it was really intense and the smell stayed in the closet with the extra blankets on it so we cannot use them.

It was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. Close to the center. Quiet room.

The room was small. The ceramic lamp had been broken into pieces and glued back.together. And it wasn't bright enough to read by. The bathroom was so small my knees hit the edge of the sink when I was on the toilet. And the shower had poor water pressure, plus it was very tricky to get the temperature right.

Friendly staff.Nice.dining area, with a good coffee shop next doors. Meals were adequate. We had a lovely courtyard that was shared with several rooms.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner and was on the small side - but for the value it was totally fine and to be expected.

The location is perfect, very close walk to lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and culture, in a very safe area. The room was clean and comfortable. Very good value for money. The staff were also very helpful with finding us a place to park.

Little noisy in the morning due to the location of my room but really didn’t bother me.

Location was amazing. The property itself is very basic but you get what you need. Room small but fit the two queen beds which were clean and comfortable. No room for nothing else but for the price and location you could not complain. Single senior woman felt very safe and staff was helpful. Bathroom very small but I am not a small woman and I did fine.

Breakfast was good but hard to convince staff that my reservation included breakfast-showed them my confirmation. 9 am was late for breakfast time. Drinking water refills were always available.
