Probably my fault but there were only full beds beds in our suite. So we were a little uncomfortable sleeping.

Our stay was delightful! The staff has been trained well and it shows! From our reception to our departure the staff was very attentive. They were awaiting our arrival, helped unload our car and took the car away and parked it immediately. The location was perfect and close to everything. The hotel charming and the setting with all the plants in the courtyard perfect.

The property is beautiful and classy. The minimalist style and the Mexican decor is a fantastic fusion. Great towels. The bed was a bit soft for my comfort but not a big deal. I love everything about the hotel, great design.

There were only a few things I could suggest and they were minor. -I would have liked to have a better reading light bedside.There was a light but not good enough for reading. -It would have been nice to have Mexican Pastry included either breakfast. -there was no deadbolt on the door,and though the hotel seemed very safe,my wife would have preferred it. All of these suggestions are very minor and did Not detract from the stay. Tip:Keep the cover on shower drain that is provided,because there is an odor if left uncovered.

The property was small and cozy on a quiet street,but within just a few blocks of the city center. Room had a small fridge,fresh water every day,daily room service,coffee,microwave and a nice comfortable bed. Our stay included a nice daily breakfast that included fresh fruit,choice of 4 styles of eggs,coffee and yogurt and toast with jam. Staff was accommodating and friendly. There was an A/C unit which was not needed in February when we were there. The courtyard was nice if not spectacular.

There is nothing that stands out as needing improvement.

The hotel opens into an oasis inner court garden with lovely stone walls, a fountain and trees. We were greeted by friendly staff on every occasion, and enjoyed the rooftop for relaxation in the afternoon. The room was comfortable and we had excellent nights' sleep. The bathroom was fine and we enjoyed fresh towels every day. Breakfast was served in a side room by a friendly staff and was delicious. A lady on duty at the front desk helped us with booking a taxi and even waited on the curb to make sure we were picked up as planned.

Adrien and his staff go above and beyond to take care of the guests. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The delicious breakfast is served in small group.

It's a mid-range hotel, not a luxury hotel, so if you're looking for turndown service and slippers and cappuccino, go elsewhere.

Breakfast was pleasant and on time. We had a nice, very comfortable king sized bed. Internet was fine. The room had a gas fire, which was cozy. Location very convenient - near the center but not in the middle of traffic.

Nothing i disliked,only minor thing was the door was has a crack in wood which didnt affect stay.

Home away from home, the beds where like back home. Got a real good nights rest. Sadly we had to leave early and were not able to stay for breakfast.

The room is big and cozy, the garden and terrace are beautiful, the location is some walk away the center, so quite and convenient, you just need 3 mins walk to center. And the manager and staff are friendly and helpful, we forgot laptop in room, the manager helped us to get it back.

Not much to dislike

From the moment we arrived, the staff was pleasant, friendly, and inviting. The communication and organization prior to our arrival was outstanding as well. The manager of this establishment deserves five stars! He was great. The property was beautiful, and it always felt like we were walking onto a very tranquil and Zen atmosphere. Our room was spacious and clean, and the housekeeping service was fantastic. The morning breakfast was always freshly cooked and tasty. Location was centrally located and only a 10 minute walk to the Centro and the Artisan marketplace. What a great little gem of a hotel!

The neighborhood dog likes to bark all night but we always travel with earplugs so it wasn't an issue. The shower took a while to warm up but Adrian explained that when we checked in. My only suggestion would be to add more comfortable lounging chairs on the rooftop patio.

We stayed in a 2nd floor deluxe room, very spacious, large French doors that opened to the courtyard, basic but functional kitchen (who would ever eat in their room in SMA?), and nice bathroom. The rooftop patio was perfect for a late afternoon relax before heading out again. Staff and management are top-notch!

The service was Excellent. Adrian (manager) and his team were amazing. They quickly responded to our needs. The suggested great restaurants and also assisted us with booking taxi and any reservations to the restaurants and spas. I definitely recommend Casa Nare to anyone looking for comfort, cleanness, space, etc

The staff were very accommodating. The property is beautiful and well kept. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The location is great, walkable to most places we wanted to visit.
