Great location by Cenote Zaki and Carolin Cacao Cafe Boutique where we had the most delicious lunches and breakfasts! Olich is a fabulous place to eat dinner- it is like being in someone's kitchen - the locals eat here so you know it's good. Valladolid is a great spot to visit Chichen Itza from too. The staff here were so friendly and welcoming. They had little English and I have very little Spanish but if I needed anything I messaged through booking.com and they were so attentive. Lodgings are in a nice quiet area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. AC worked great. Great value for money!!

We liked everything about this location

Talk about bang for your buck. This place was so cute, clean and comfortable. The owners really take pride in their business. They greeted us to show us our room and even cut fresh fruit from a fruit tree they had. The rooms were simple but EXTREMELY clean and comfortable. The community kitchen was a plus and was stocked with all the necessities. Location was perfect, a block from the cenote we went to visit. Place was superb, highly recommend.

Suggestion: bed comforter moré than a thin sheet. Moré pressure in the shower.

5 minutes walk from mercado. Functionnal shared kitchenette. Cenote next corner. 10 minutes walk from parque central. New place. À/c work well. The lady help us found lavanderia. Carambole tree in the garden.

Spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, a beautiful courtyard garden and very friendly staff who even introduced us to starfruit from a tree in the garden. It's right down the street from the cenote, so ideal.

The owners are very helpful and sweet. Very close to the city center. There’s a common kitchen with fridge and also water which is safe to drink. Definitely recommend, great value for money.

Very big, clean rooms really lovely en-suite, the hosts are the most lovely people we met in Mexico. Super comfy beds, and the softest towels I think we've ever had in an apartment period. Very close to restaurants and cafes, next door to the cenote Zaci and a 10 minute walk from ADO bus station.

Host is super friendly, place is spotless clean, comfy beds, hot water in the shower, there is a small kitchen if you want to do any cooking, fridge (communal) to store food or water , etc, just a great overall experience!!

The owners were very kind and helpful! We booked the apartment last-minute and they still appeared in a couple of minutes for the check-in despite the heavy rain. The apartment is renovated, clean and very comfortable. The parking spot was very convenient too.

The neighbours next door have a dog that can bark a bit and some chatty parrots. They were quiet in the night though.

Señora Laura is the most accommodating, lovely and caring host I’ve ever came across. We fell ill the night before we were meant to arrive and couldn’t make it for our original booking. She accommodated us nonetheless, after our original dates and without charging any extra money. The accommodation is truly lovely for what you pay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The patio is lovely and you can hang wet clothes outside, on a rope. The kitchen comes with everything you need, drinking water included. Location is perfect, it’s just a minute walk from Cenote Zaci and 5 minutes from the main square. The accommodation comes with its own parking. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

The owner is a very sweet lady, who welcomed us really nicely and show us around. We received welcome drinks. The room was big, clean and had a very comfortable beds. The casa is a walking distance from cenote Zaci. We would definitely recommend staying there.

Room was a little bit basic, limited hot water, the bed was a little small, and we would’ve appreciated more housekeeping / emptying the bins. Otherwise we were happy.

Great location near the centre and a short walk into the centre. Very friendly staff. Shared kitchen with fridge freezer. Lovely gardens.

There was a lot of hairs on the floor when we entered the room, those were not definitely ours. In the kitchen is a spiral double plate for cooking, but it takes a long time to get hot water for tea. An electric kettle would be very helpful. There were also some other problems, which the owner cannot really affect, but all that made our stay not comfortable, such as - there was still some smoke (trash burning?) smell coming from somewhere around and it was impossible to get fresh air to the room. Also neighbours have parrots which are quite noisy in the morning

It was really really noisy in the evening: street noise, loud music etc. There’s poorly soundproof windows just above the bed. If you’re planning to go to bed early, go somewhere else!

the hotel is situated in a comfortable area near the city’s Cenote Zaci, a 5/10 minute walk from the city centers main square. The hotel in itself is not bad, free parking available but the kitchen equipment (forks, knives and spoons) are very limiited and we were lucky that we were the only ones. Rooms ok but very loud and the first night we could almost sleep because of cars passing by until late and loud music (not the owners fault but lack of isolation of the rooms). the garden was nice.
