Bed way too hard. Needed pillow top or something. Too many flights of stairs for old me but nice being near rooftop pool. I was told I could swim in pool one day for no charge then the next day I was Charged 12.00.

It is bit of a maze to maneuver inside, to get to your room. It adds to its charm, BUT not good for people with mobility issues. Parking is a headache. Driving in old town Guanajuato is a HUGE headache.

Breakfast, spa/sauna, pool.

Breakfast was funny. The person responsible showed up late, wasn't sure he could serve coffee with milk for the same price, and seemed poorly prepared. The rest was fine - except for the 'spa and pool' offer: the pool is the size of four bathtubs, and sauna is a rocky steam room. It may suit some.

Unfortunately the hotel was undergoing major renovations, cellar to roof. From 9 in the morning the sound of pounding was deafening. The person in charge managed to transfer us to another room where the sound was much less. It was not as beautiful or convenient, but in return we had our own private terrace, so we stayed.

Cons: alil mold on the restroom ceiling. But nothing too crazy. Also, if you're a light sleeper there's a church right next to the hotel that rings a bell a few times a day. But if you're not sensitive it shouldn't be a problem 😇

Great location , 10 min walk to everything ! The staff was amazing , they were very accommodating. The room itself was spacious and clean. Apart from that the hotel always smelled clean as well. Also , there is female masseuse there that does amazing work . Would definitely recommend!

My room was hot because the window was to the inside. They provided me with a large fan that helped immensely. Pillows were very thin. Internet cut in and out, but I suspect that is common.

The location was spectacular, within walking distance of everything I wanted to explore. And my room was super quiet. The place was very clean and safe, with 24 reception and also 24 hour lock on the door to the outside (buzz to get in).

If you are a light sleeper, you will be awaken very early by the bells from the church next door. If not, you will be fine, or they can be your alarm.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food in their restaurant is delicious and at a good price. The location is great, too.

That we had to pay to use the pool and that only the cheaper room I paid for had breakfast included. My room cost more and I had to pay for my breakfast and the other room I paid for also was cheaper and they got free breakfast I don't understand that. One more thing the room had no soap, shampoo and no extra toilet paper.

I was told that we had to pay extra 250 mxn to use the pool. I could be wrong but I didn't see information anywhere when I was booking it. If I had I would not have booked this hotel. It seems like price gouging.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I believe this property is deceiving customers through false advertising on your platform. Here are the issues I encountered during my stay: The facilities did not match the pictures shown on the Booking.com listing. The property appears well-maintained online, but in reality, it was quite run-down. The room was extremely small, with worn-out furniture and an overall neglected appearance. The bathroom had visible mold, making it both unsanitary and unsafe. The listing advertises a pool and jacuzzi, but guests are not allowed to use them freely, even though they are prominently featured. The pool area was locked and inaccessible, and the jacuzzi was also off-limits unless guests paid an additional $250 MXN for just 2 hours of use. Nowhere in the listing does it mention that these amenities require an extra fee or are restricted. This is blatant false advertising and misleads customers into believing they are included in the booking price. I chose this property based on the photos and descriptions provided on your platform, and I feel completely misled.
