Staff just arrived. we got in the pool staff member with a cross tattoo, served 2 drinks, and told me last call afternoon Thursday! no one approached us, so we had to approach the staff. Get out of hospitality wait staff. poor customer service

There was no kids club which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. We wanted to be able to have the kids go to a safe place for a few hours while we enjoyed some adult time.

The location was great and close to restaurants and the marina (which is where they have more restaurants, shops and the indoor shopping mall). Happy hour was generous and happened two times a day. Staff were AMAZING (very attentive and friendly) and the view was breathtaking. Easy access to massage locations, excursions, etc.

I didn’t like that they didn’t do anything in g about a drunk person blasting country music in the pool all evening, nobody could relax and enjoy the scenery. People complained and they did nothing

The sofa bed is not really a sofa bed. It was a love set size sofa, not big enough for an adult to sleep in. Price for the room is too high

The beach it’s too close to the hotel not leaving much area to walk specially between all the people selling stuff nonstop in front of you blocking the view and at night is not safe to walk on the beach because there’s a couple of bars next door where a lot of drug dealers are outside harassing people plus there a public area next to that places that allows anyone to stay at the beach and the people standing there looks creepy. Also you can hear all the noise of those bars from some rooms of the hotel , at least I was one of the unlucky ones.

The hotel is amazing, the food I will say breakfast and lunch is ordinary but dinner is amazing. Staff and spa are awesome.

Great place, friendly staff, simply overpriced and the food was marginal. Couldn't believe that you couldn't even get coffee in your room without having to pay for it. Coffee? Really?

Although the resort is nice, our room felt dirty. The floors were dirty, the bath tub was dirty.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are always so positive and are very helpful. We did not encounter any rude staff members which we appreciate. The view was absolutely beautiful.

Is for younger crowds, beach was too busy. We enjoy more of quiet places, this was not bad, it is just not for us.

the food and drinks are very expensive compared to many other places that we go when in Cabo. $200 dollars for lunch for 2 with a couple tacos and margaritas is a little crazy

Tried a massage at the facility- below par. Didn't realize how loud Cabo is in general - that's my lesson to learn. We day tripped to San Jose del Cabo and enjoyed our time there.

Staff were fabulous- extremely helpful and responsive. Location was great for walking to town. Beach was walkable. Housekeeping- excellent and facility was kept extremely clean.

Pools were really cold and the message structure had ruined the view to the beach from the resort. Mangos always loud and obnoxious.
