Staff was very nice, not always available. Asked about using the hot tub, but wasn’t able to figure out how to turn it on. It is also facing a very noisy street, so somewhat difficult to sleep.

Everything was perfect

We had a wonderful time! The entire staff was so friendly, polite and helpful. Our room was stunning and comfortable. We had the King Suite with 3 balconies, located on the 2nd floor. I totally recommend staying here! Note! This is in the heart of the city, close to churches. Night sounds ended by 10 or so, but morning church bells surround you on Sunday morning. This didn't bother us as they were beautiful to hear.

Issues with our first room, which included no air conditioning and a clogged sink. Quite noisy with the renovations on the ground floor.

Great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. One person in particular made our stay much better. We had some issues with our first room, but she did everything she could to look after us; including putting us in a second room of our choice, which was large and beautiful.

On the corner where all traffic, buses pass. So great location for walking but very noisy. However, this I would assume would be applicable for a lot of hotels in the centre. Could do with a coffee machine in the room for the price.

Super large room , easy access as middle of centre and service facilitated a fridge for me as I had to store medicine. All facilities for bathroom provided which was great and even got a delivery of roses for the room.

This place was so lovely, I kind of wished I would have stayed an extra day. I got locked out of another place I had booked and went here last minute, late at night. They came and let me in, and my room was super nice and beds were really comfortable.

I loved this property.

This hotel was amazing, from the owner Magdalena to all her employees Eli the housekeeper was amazing. Diana pizza gave my wife and I pizza 🍕 which was really kind to do. Paola helped us check in and with our bags. she also gave us tip for parking and even got us a discount. Aldo the bartender also shared his dinner with us (Aguachile), he is a great cook and a great bartender. the hotel gave us two complimentary drinks at their breathtaking views rooftop and the food was just part of their dinner. great down to earth group of people, made us feel at home. loved this place and for sure will go back. the rooms are spectacular and clean. Luz was also nice. god bless all of them 🙏 ps. their warm rooftop pool/hot tub is a treat 😎

Nothing bad to say about this place, if I ever come again to SMA I will choose it again.

We had the best experience ever in this hotel. Definetly a play to stay if you go for relaxing and feeling like home. The owner was so attentive and welcoming as much as the rest of the staff, we got the room next to the roof top which allows to enjoy the sightseeing and the life from outside. You can also have drinks there which were delicious.

I don't want to say I didn't like it, but I will mention that my the bed was really short. My husband is 6'0" and had to turn sideways. For a taller person, it would not have worked.

The room had so much charm, was cleaned well, and right on the plaza. Being on the plaza comes with noise, but we knew that going in so it was fine. The location is central and the staff were helpful.

When deciding on a property, I looked only at hotels with air conditioning. The room we reserved at this property advertised air conditioning and a mini fridge (among other things). There was neither. It was 92 degrees and unbearable for sleeping. There were balcony doors, but no cross breeze, no privacy with the doors open, and noisy 24 hours with honking horns, revving motorcycles, blaring music, etc. Management said we would receive a refund, and we have not. Very unpleasant conditions and dishonest management.

The hotel is conveniently located. Our room was large and nicely furnished.

On arrival they took me to a smaller "annex" building which had no pool, no terrace, and none of the amenities you see in this listing. - They did offer me to move to the other building if i pay double what i had already paid.

The main building is great, sadly this listing with all the pretty pictures you see here, its NOT for the main building.

The owner of the hotel called the police at checkout when he demanded I pay for a broken pot that occurred when I tripped over a coffee table that I did not see in broad day light. I had severe bruising ...

The location was excellent. In-house staff accomodating.
