We loved everything about this place. Carlos and Aida were wonderful and gracious hosts. The staff was friendly and fixed the best breakfast you could eat daily. It was close to everything. It was clean and decorated to perfection. Not to miss mentioning that the city and the people who live here a wonderful. Can’t wait to go back.

There is no laundry service at the casa but a laundry with one day service a few blocks away. Our room and bath were sparkling clean and well appointed except for a the absence of a writing desk that will be brought to your room on request. Very comfortable bed and linens.

Possibly the most serene and lovely casa in the Centro away from the noisy crowds but still close to the main attractions and restaurants. With only six large rooms, the casa felt like home with friends. Our ground floor room had large windows facing the central plant filled patio where tasty Mexican specialties can be ordered at breakfast from a daily menu. Carlos and Aida were gracious and discreet hosts available in the morning to provide information about San Miguel. There is a large secure public parking lot across the street. Before our arrival Carlos provided information on special sights in San Miguel and surrounding areas, arranged transportation and made restaurant reservations. As a result our six days in San Miguel were a pleasure.

The breakfasts were very good, but we wished there had been more variety. It was pretty much the same each morning with a variation of Mexican eggs, fresh fruit, bread and freshly squeezed orange juice which was delicious. Perhaps adding some pastry items on a few days?

The location was optimal. Easy to walk to anywhere in the central district. The hosts, Aida and Carlos, were both very pleasant and made sure our needs were met . Lovely people. The rooms are beautiful with very comfortable beds and a modern large bathroom with a great shower. The staff were very kind and obliging. The patio was a beautiful outdoor space. We definitely recommend this lodging.

The rooms were great, but more light in the bathroom mirror would have been very helpful.

Casa Lani was amazing. It's a beautiful colonian style house located just a couple of blocks from the center of the town, in a classic cloblestone street. It's really close to all the landmarks, restaurants, cafes, stores, and everything one would need. The house and rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and very well equiped. The common areas are grat, and perfect for socializing and to enjoy the afternoons after a long day of walking. Aida and Carlos are outstanding innkeepers with an A-team staff. They worked really hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible, provided solid recommendations, and really made our stay memorable. The breakfasts were incredible. Everything cooked fresh, with high quality ingredients, and options for every lifestyle.

Cleanliness, decor, brightness and spaciousness of room, staff friendliness, breakfast, and wonderful hosts who are always available to help. Great location! Walking distance from the center of San Miguel de Allende. The staff are amazing and owner is one of a kind. They are very attentive. The breakfast is delicious. The place is absolutely beautiful.
