Breakfast was really bad and not in the same property - coffee undrinkable. So we called our losses and made our own plans every day. Not a crisis but I would have preferred no to have breakfast "included in price" for watery coffee, stale bread and some fruit. I would suggest this property find a better breakfast partner or consider having it brought in to the gorgeous courtyard they have. Our two bedroom apartment only had one A/C minisplit unit in the back room, most of the time we were there no A/C was needed but it was strange to find that the largest room had no climate control.

The location is absolutely perfect and the interior of the building is gorgeous all day and magical at night. My family really enjoyed staying there. It's mostly quiet unless the neighbors have a party. As it's small there are not many other guests.

Bed was a king, but quite hard. The room smelled of sewage one night because we didn’t know that we had to put rubber mats over the shower and sink drains when not in use. After we did this the problem was resolved. Loud disco next door on weekends. Bring earplugs.

Location is excellent for walking around the city to stores, bank, restaurants, museums, etc. Bonus discovery was that Johnny’s Piano Bar is in the hotel. Great spot to hear world-class live music and chat with Johnny. Staff is easy to communicate with. Cleaning staff are very nice.

It’s very close to center so you hear lots of noise mostly music and fireworks up until the wee hours. So if you want more quite don’t stay so close to center.

It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location. You can walk to centro very quickly.

The second room they gave me had heat and a very comfortable bed. Lots of hot water but pressure could be better. Not sure if it was a free upgrade.

The location was amazing. Staff was cordial. The room was large, pretty, and comfortable. We prefer the older hacienda style hotels, so this was great. The bathroom was also large and well equipped. Highly recommend.

The A/C began gushing water in the middle of the night. The solution was to switch rooms, but that was not feasible at the early hour. I suggest servicing the A/C’s on a regular basis. Also, the shower had a mild sewage smell.

The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff was helpful and the courtyard provided a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect!!
