We encountered lot of ants in the morning around the food we had got and spent some time in cleaning the clothes. Also noticed there was a lizard inside which scared off my toddler.

The host was very responsive and friendly. Its very good considering the money and was comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice. We were vegetarian and they provided coffee, fruits and grilled vegetables which was very nice.

Great host, helpful with everything. The apartment was very comfortable with all staff you need to take a shower and get a rest. Delicius breakfast, you can choose one from 4 options made with eggs. Dogs was very friendly and liked to play with our kids. It's about 20 minutes walk from city center, but safe.

Super lovely room and great value for what we paid. It is run by a friendly and caring family. Walkable distance to the town centre. Breakfast was included with our stay and they insisted on waking up early to prepare it even though we had to wake up early to drop off our rental car in Cancun. Parking is on the property behind a closed gate. I would definitely stay here again.

The hosts were México family and although they didnt speak English were very friendly and helpful The accomodation nice had everything you needed including WiFi and Netflix The breakfast was lovely and the ice lolly that was given to us with fruits from the tree was like a milkshake yum The walk to town not that bad 15minutes very easy to get to Chichen Itza local bus 45mins

Water temperature was hit and miss, it was warm for most showers and steaming hot for others...never cold. Not sure the reason.

Hosts were wonderful and attentive, very nice family. They served a nice breakfast and asked us the night before what we would like to eat and what time to be served. They stored perishables for us in their refrigerator. It felt safe and was located on a quieter street. Room air conditioner was great!

This unforgettable accommodation experience with local Mexicans deserves the highest praise. Their hospitality and warmth made us feel at home. Moreover, the breakfast was incredibly delicious. It is a comfortable room with 2 double beds and a hammock. There's also a smart TV. The bathroom in the suite has toilet and shower. They provide toiletries, and there's a hairdryer too. The whole place has a charming design and good vibe. It is a separate suite in the yard of the local house, so you have all the possible privacy and a great opportunity to immerse into culture and chat with the family if you speak Spanish. Unfortunately, I don't and had to use Google Translate :) Even with this the couple that owns the place were doing their best to accommodate my curiosity and attempts to communicate. We were welcomed with some iced lemonade and in hot humid weather it was like a blessing! Breakfast was veeeery delicious and had traditional cuisine notes. The hosts are charming family, very friendly and caring. Muchos gracias! 10 of 10 ♥️

Everything!!! The landlord was extremely helpful with my family (2 infants). The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and the property and facilities well maintained. Whenever I get back to Valladolid I'll be sure tp check it out!

We have travelled a lot and this was by far one of the best stays we’ve had. The room is clean and comfortable with great air con, but the best part was the family who host you. We were greeted with fresh watermelon juice and gorgeous dogs, they looked after us amazingly every day we were there, they even let us use their bikes! Breakfast was also delicious! Can’t recommend enough and we will definitely return! Thank you!!

The musty smell in the unit.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. They made great omelette and pancakes for breakfast. The unit was well equipped, with a TV, hairdryer and even a hammock!

It felt awkward for us when they asked us what they should make us for breakfast. We didn't know exactly what or how much it was appropriate to ask for. The breakfast we got was good, but not very filling. Quite far from the city center - would only recommend it if you come by car.

It was nice to stay with a family. I think I was expecting it to be more like a home stay, but the room is actually completely separate from the house, so we didn't interact that much with the family. But it turned out nicely to have something more private.

It’s a lovely property, located 15 min walk from the city center. It is represented by a large room in the back side of the property of a very lovely family. The room is extremely tasteful and modern, with all necessary amenities. Each morning we were asked what we want for breakfast and the time is should be served. The breakfast was absolutely delicious each time. The hosts don’t speak English but you can text them on WhatsApp and will reply using google translate and it works great.
