Hot water was not available during my stay, due to issues with the water heater. But the staff tried their best to find another accommodation to my liking and relocated me there at no extra charge.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and in a great location in the center of Querétaro. The staff were simply wonderful, as explained below.

I wish my stay was longer because I so enjoyed it! Felt luxurious yet so cozy and comfortable and quiet. Felt like a 5 star place to me! The girls at the reception were so nice and friendly. The breakfast was nicely laid out every morning. Last but not least the location of the hotel was perfect because it is in the center and a short walk to the squares: Guerrero, Zenea and Armas. Highly highly recommend this place!

The hotel was central to all the beautiful sites of Querétaro. The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Appreciated the additional bathroom products too 🙂 Definitely recommend.

Everything was wonderful!

Our stay at Casa Oxa was delightful. The hotel was central, we were able to visit the Market (very close walking distance) and multiple parks/plazas. Natalia, front desk staff was very helpful with recommendations and extras and had the most pleasant demeanor. Breakfast was hearty and delicious and consisted of a variety of fruit, pastries and eggs. We will be back again!

Great location in Centro. Steps away from top 5 restaurant. The Staff exceeded all expectations-thanks to Caroline and Stephanie. The bed was comfortable, clean rooms with coffee. Provided coffee and bagels in the mornings in an outside setting. Also, short walk to main shopping area -5 min. The pictures does not capture the beauty and spaciousness of the rooms. Recommend highly.

Can't find enough positive words to describe our stay here! I have never experienced better customer service and helpful workers than in Casa Oxa. The facilities were gorgeous, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed, and overall this place was just exceptional. Additionally, the beds were incredibly comfortable. Definitely recommend!

After reading stellar reviews, I was slightly apprehensive. The property is at best at two star hotel. I’m in my 60s and I’ve traveled all over the world. if people continue to give these types of properties extremely high ratings the visitors will never be completely satisfied.

The front desk was excellent. Extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. The location of this property is very good and it was quiet at night. Which is unheard of when close to Centro.
