There's not enough space in the bathroom to put your toiletries, bottles, etc.

Early check in was possible. The street is quiet. Close to the ADO bus station so it was convenient to catch buses.

There was a bit of a musty smell in the room and a barking Chihuahua at night. Obviously it's not the Hotels fault but if they had better windows or door this wouldn't have been a problem..

Location is excellent! Beds very comfortable, excellent to sleep and relax. Air conditioning only in the rooms, other areas are as hot as it is outside. The coffee maker was moldy and did not work properly. I asked to replace, nothing was done.

Clean and simple place - everything one needs after a long travel. Good location for an overnight stay when arriving late from the airport (in walking distance to the ADO busstop) and when moving onwards the next day.

It was fine for 1 or 2 nights. The room is small and didn't have a desk in my case. Nothing special, and you can hear the neighbors from other apartments pretty good. But price/quality is great. Wifi was good in the room, upstairs in the common area it wasn't that great.

The first room I stayed in, with two beds, had a balcony, which was nice. The air con worked ok and it was nice to have a hot shower and a hair dryer. The building has a roof terrace with a small kitchen you can use. The room to the street was a bit noisy. The staff is nice and always reachable via whatsapp. As I stayed more than one night, I could store my luggage there. By foot, it is 10 to 15 min. to the ADO bus station.

Lovely big room, clean and comfortable. We had a great sleep here. The location is quiet and in a neighbourhood that is quite well looked after. Self check in which is really easy, very secure building. Lots of information left in room for restaurants etc. Really good value for money (we are backpackers) Would stay here again. Sound proofing can be improved. Toilet plumbing may need to be looked at - we didn’t throw any paper in but flushing was sometimes difficult. Bedside lights would be a good idea

Great rooms distribution, walkable distance from bus terminal, lots of recommendations from owner, we had a tiny fridge (enough for storing bottles of water or yogurts).

The location is quite central and makes it easy for you to reach the place and subsequently have a enjoyable stay. The staff are quite professional - the apartment was in a well maintained state, access was smoothly arranged for our day of arrival even without any face to face interactions. The apartment itself was quite bright and big. very good price for a such a place. There is a common kitchen as well if you need anything warmed up or are up for cooking.

Pillows a bit hard and sheet was a bit itchy so used the blankets provided instead.
