Room was clean , bathroom was remodeled , bed was comfortable and sheets were clean

Owners were very, and I mean very rude and intense ,I booked the place for 5 nights due to a dental treatment, my flight was delayed , so I let them know about it on time that I'll be arriving late, around 11pm, , they asked me to send a friend to pick up the keys because they couldn't check me in after 11pm , when I finally arrived , I couldent figure which keys open which door so I texted them , the day after they complained (!) About me texting them late at night (it was about 12am but door opening was confusing) , than it was no where mentioned that my Room was just next to their office , on 8am they put the office phone on speaker with high volume and had conversations all morning, when I asked them not to make noise because I just wanted to relax (it was a Friday morning just before weekend) owner started asking me to leave , again , I was in between dental treatments and didn't have time or patience to look ok other place, nevertheless every time I steped out of the door one of the owners was there askikg me where I'm going , going to the next garden there he was again with the car following and intomidating me, one of the days I saw the upstairs balcony and I thought it's a public area , nowhere sais it dosent, but eventually I didn't sit there, the following hours they started texting me claiming I invaded their private area and again encourage me to leave ! I barely spoke with them all I wanted is to relax during that treatment but I kept receiving hostile approach. I travel allot but never felt that way by someone providing accommodation and hospitality

The location was very convenient, the hosts were amazing and very helpful during the entire stay.

Missing water heating jug and its quite far from the center but the public transport in cancun is really cheap

Lovely owners, Manuel was very informative. Good location with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, good bus services to the centre and beach area. Very clean room, comfortable bed and clean bathroom.

Great location right next to gran plaza with Walmart and different shops. Also some good vendors near gran plaza with great selection of local food. Also really easy to get around with colectivos R6 (goes via ADO to Puerte Juárez - ferry Isla Mujeres)stops near vendors at side street before Walmart and R2-15 or any r2 you’ll see( goes to Zona Hotelera) same stop but better to catch them on a bus stop at Walmart parking.

A bit far from hotel zone and “fancy” Cancún.

The property is super clean and with an amazing location. It has everything you need for your stay in Cancun. The hosts are lovely and super helpful!

He was very very friendly. Manuel was very nice, he showed us everything what was important and we had a great conversation with him. He is a good man. He told us where to go, where to eat good food.

She told us about check out at 11:00 at 10:20, and she was not so friendly.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Everything was perfect.The service from Manuel,Josefina and Jose was amazing.There are a lot of cheap and authentic Mexican food outlets with superb staff which surround the property.

Excellent value for money. The hosts of casa Zac nicte are wonderful, funny & friendly people, who put a lot of heart in maintaining their house. The room was big enough and comfortable. Exactly what we needed. You can easily get a taxi from there, shops are nearby.

Check in was a bit stressful, as due to some unforeseen circumstances we arrived late and everyone was already asleep. Communicate beforehand and make sure you have a phone with network to call in case your arrival is late :)

Very friendly owners, always responsive and helpful. The house is in a nice neighborhood, very quiet but at the same time close to everything you might need, maybe a bit hard to find if you come at night. There are buses that go everywhere, easy access to everything. Would go back there again.
