Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

MexicoBed very, very hard, room very small. We reserved a “ loft style” accommodation, but what was not disclosed at time of booking is that the loft units are located at a totally different property several blocks away. We refused that property upon arrival and ended up staying at Casa no name, which is where we thought we were booking for originally.
The location was excellent , very friendly staff, beautiful property. We felt very at home.

United StatesMy only criticism is two bottles of water should be left in the room Complimentary every day & I should not have to pay for coffee in the room. If the hotel had to charge a little more to the price, okay. I felt this was CHEAP and should have been included in this lovely hotel!!!

United StatesBeautiful hotel. My friend and I stayed at the Lofts location which is a little further from the main hotel. The space is gorgeous, but I wish we could have checked in directly at that location instead of having to go to the main one first. The staff was very friendly and the room was lovely.

United StatesSpa/pool tub in odd area, on way to bar/rooftop terrace > so we didn't use. Bathroom shower water pressure was VERY low, so no good shower had (not sure if other rooms had same issue). Beds were nice but bit too hard for my liking.
Hotel staff were the best, in all regards. Location of hotel was perfect. Hotel rooms, lobby, eating area and rooftop bar were excellent.

SwitzerlandThey charge you for everything. For a hotel in this price class I expect every day to receive new coffee and lotion and a biscuit etc but it had to be asked for and paid. The communication was a bit cumbersome and they wanted us to pay up front for the rooms (even if over booking and the cc was secured) The breakfast is very meagre- but delicious! In December it’s cold and you can only eat in the patio Also the linen smells a lot like chlorine and takes away the luxury feeling.
Great, ancient and well maintained building Good linen Roof top Service The lofts are great too and the main property has lovely rooms

United StatesThere’s no fridge in the rooms. But the staff are more than willing to bring ice buckets to keep drinks cold.
The service and ambiance of Casa No Name is exceptional! This is our second year staying in the same Suite and we loved it all over again. We brought more friends to stay this year again too and they loved the whole experience. The complimentary breakfast is tasty & light while the omelette is superb as is the charcuterie plate we enjoyed at the private rooftop bar accompanied by artisan mezcals! A morning cold plunge in the dip pool started each day with a buzz & kept us feeling lively and energized! The staff are always welcoming and helpful and the rooms are very comfortable with everything you need. We look forward to coming back again!

TurkeyBreakfast I couldn’t get a slice of bread for breakfast, although breakfast was included in our rate. You simply get a slim slice of banana or koumkat cake. Full stop! Also last minute rates were nearly half of what we paid for!!! So watch out for late deals!
Very tasteful surroundings

United StatesLocation of the Loft rooms, is an apartment with small stairs, Should be good for the ones who preferred a room like an AIRB&B., with small stove and micro. The check-in, reception, breakfast and all other facilities are in a different location. The original No NAME rooms are in a different street,
Excellent service from the hotel personnel (Daniela, Lorena, Ricardo). The inconvenience for our stay was that we traveled with a group of friends for a destination wedding. We planned to stay together and placed our reservation on the same Hotel No Name. At the arrival we received as "surprise" that our room is in other location - a loft in a different street ( more than 5 minutes walking) without concierge, breakfast, nor reception services. We suggest that the administration SHOULD inform - VERY CLEALY- about his rooms facilities. The lofs are very comfortable but NOT for our booking purposes. Otherwise the original NO NAME hote is unique, very beautiful, kind and with a lots of nice details.

SpainThe pillows were not that comfortable, for a luxury hotel boutique, I believe would be to have a menu of different type of pillows, not sure if the sheets linens were 100% cotton, it didn’t feel fresh to the skin touch. Our room was quite noisy .
Location was great, walking distance to main square, markets and parroquia of San Miguel. The hotel was beautiful decorated and has rooftop bar with cool vibe. We loved the fact that bathroom was spacious , however to have hot water in the shower wasn’t that fast and easy. The staff was friendly , professional and receptive to our feedback. We had breakfast there and food was fesh and tasty, everything handmade , the banana bread delicious

United StatesThis is nitpicking- but there was an air conditioner unit on our patio that belonged to another room - and unfortunately they used it a lot. We like to have the doors open at night - so it was a bit noisy from that.
It is a beautiful historic building very close to the center of the historic center. Our room was quite spacious and relatively private. The staff was attentive and friendly.
