I did not like having to leave Casita Guayaba to return to my home!

I loved everything about Casita Guayaba. I had difficulty with the keys on arrival but only because I am not good at those things. Emmanuel sent help immediately. I loved every minute !

A really comfortable little place, with everything we needed. We were able to make our own meals in the well-stocked kitchen.

No kettle in the kitchen, if you'd rather have tea than coffee bring your own Unpleasant (damp?) smell persisting despite airing the life out of the place The hot water boiler is a bit fiddly (remembering to turn on /off, waiting for it to work) and doesn't provide all that much hot water Shower could do with descaling, and either a curtain or a bathmat - puddles on the floor are unavoidable outside seating would have been nice A thin single sheet would've been nicer than the thick cover to sleep under Back of the sofa bed could do with vacuum clean. someone forced the side fence ( avoiding the security cameras on the other side of the yard) and stuck a mobile through the bathroom window) - the window is frosted so keep it shut while in the shower if staying there!

nice, modern decor, compact but comfortable studio-house and a very responsive host Great lighting choices mosquito nets on all but 1 window ( this allowed resident gecko (insect controller!) in and out ) Includes equipped kitchen and bike - really helpful getting around considering the location Good quality AC/ fan (efficient and not too loud) Comfy bed

I would recommend staying here. In fact I extended my stay for 1 more night to enjoy.

The door entry was a bit problematic due to not so infrequent power outages

A fully equipped kitchen. Staff is very responsive to my needs. You can even park your car within the yard of the “tiny house”, although there is no need since El Cuyo is very safe and people are helpful and friendly

The bed was too hard for me.

Very cute house and well worth the money! It's chic and has got good space. Feels very safe! The kitchen has good equipment if you would like to cook.

There was nothing wrong, maybe just some fresh water and bag in the bathroom bin

Very nice design of modern “casita” - clean and comfortable, stylish in this small traditional village

It says there is a private beach, but there is certainly not one you would want to swim at, or what I would call a beach, across the road there is a path leading to a spot a couple boats are tied up at, but not a place I would want to spend any time at, that said it's a short walk to the other side of the island which has a very beautiful beach. Also, the water pressure is very bad, and the bed was not great, other then that all else was fine.

The person I was communicating with was very responsive and helpful. It was in the local area, it felt nice to support them and be among the people living in the area. It is not that far to walk to the other side of the island which has a beautiful beach and good restaurants, I highly recommend the Cafe naji, we had a great drink and the Buddha bowl which was delicious 😋
