Beautiful place, rooms have the essential and it's pretty clean

Shower water pressure too weak and temperature not hot enough. Lack of ability to get an additional room key card. Rooms are somewhat small for the price paid but it does the job if you don’t plan to stay in beyond sleeping.

Centrally located to many restaurants and local attractions. Easy to find with clear signage. Nice mix of modern and traditional designs. Comfortable beds, good AC, great staff, and reasonably priced airport shuttle.

Its not hotel fault, but noise and music from nearly bars were loud at night. Maybe and architect can sugest how to reduce outdoor noise.

The staff were very friendly and help us to park besides we arrive earlier.

I think it's it's a little bit high priced for the amenities. The coffee could be better in the restaurant. Could use some murals, paintings or some more plants. In the patio area they could use some sitting furniture to make it seem a little bit more livable. They should have a large water dispenser on the main floor so you can refill your water bottles.

Great location near central plaza with clean, quiet room. Nice breakfast to begin exploring the town. Friendly and helpful staff with information and suggestions.

No Kleenex hairdryer closet. A/c was not working up to par. Needed key to turn on so when you left ac turned off. Asked for another key they said they only had one

1-) Parking lot 2 blocks away. 2-) Very POOR air conditioner. In addition, as a plan from the hotel management, every time you live your room, the A/C turns off. So, when back in the room, it will be HOT! Have to wait for a couple of hours to cool the room. NOT NICE AT ALL, BECAUSE IS PLANNED BY THE MANAGEMENT TO SAVE ENERGY. Guest doesn’t deserve that. 3-) One key per room. NO EXCEPTION.

Complimentary coffee in the lobby would have been great. The towels were extremely rough. Fabric softener in the wash would help a lot. Complimentary parking was nice but it was two blocks away from the hotel.

Hotel was very clean and in a great location! The staff was friendly and very accomodating. We really liked the air conditioning.

No elevator

The property was in a great centralized location and it was very clean and functional. The only con is that is doesn’t have an elevator but otherwise everything was great!

There was no elevator. This made it difficult for elderly family members, carrying luggage and carrying small kids to upper floors.

The place was clean and staff was very friendly. The hotel was nicer than I expected the picture do not do it justice

The room was rather noisy and bright - being on the bottom floor. The light from the aircon was really bright and we needed eye masks to sleep - couldn't sleep with it off as it was really warm outside.

The location was amazing! Right in the centre of town we walked everywhere. The price was good and the room were very clean with comfy beds. Staff were lovely but as we didn't speak much Spanish and they didn't speak much English we didn't engage much. The car service they arranged, with Santiago, was amazing and super helpful!
