It’s the perfect place to stay after your flight, but we are not sure if it’s nice if you want to explore cancun, because we didn’t.

We would definitely recommend staying here! We arrived pretty late in the evening after a long flight and the host gave us a warm welcome. The room and bathroom were nice. And the shared space with swimming pool is a great addition! The host gave us some nice advice as it was our first day in Mexico. We’re coming back here when we have our flight back home.

The layout of the property is beautifully architected. The pool was immaculate, as were the rooms. The shower was AMAZING! Our host, Luis, was very helpful with information about Mexico in general, and also local cafes. We took his advice, and loved it!

The space was great, but I think the lighting can be changed to warm lighting.

Staff , the lady Lillian and her daughter were amazing. They were so helpful and went out of their way to help me as I had surgery.

There was some issue with the power on my first day and the bathroom had not been cleaned super well. But I booked suuper last minute, from the airport when I arrived actually, and the staff were so lovely and fixed everything immediately.

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. The outdoor space was simple but super peaceful.

I would have liked a bedside table with small lamp in my room. The only light was in the ceiling and it was too bright.

Great location away from the busy centre but close to a main road with lots of cafes and restaurants. It's a nice and quiet place where you can relax, the garden is especially nice with patio, pool and hammock. Very friendly and helpful host who replies quickly to messages. I recommend Casa Iola!

The most wonderful stay ever! Lilly treated us like family from the moment she picked us up at the airport. They invited us to eat and celebrate new years evening with them and even drove us to the fireworks at the beach! Couldn't be more happy. Lilly always supported us with everything and always had a cute surprise. Wonderful place as well, even more beautiful than the pictures! Best bed and very quiet, we slept like babies! We are very sad to leave and would 100% recommend this place! The room is spacious and beautiful bathroom. Very very clean as well. Moreover, we saw a Tucan bird flying by in the beautiful garden :)

Lilian was an amazing host! We came a bit unprepared to Mexico and she helped us out with basically everything. The accomodation was really nice and clean, and she and her daughter were so kind and welcoming to us. We really enjoyed our stay in this tranquil casa!

the property is lovely but it's my own fault that I didn't realize it's actually there house you stay in! they also set the alarm from 11pm to 6am so it's not ideal if your looking to party or get the feek

the host is absolutely lovely, she has no English and I have no Spanish but she used google translate to ensure I understood ! they also give lifts to the airport which I thought was a nice yolk
