There was no warm water although advertised as warm water. It was cold and during the day became luke warm. They have a jacuzzi on the roof; however, the jacuzzi was not warm. It just got room temperature during the day.

The room was very spacious, great AC! There was a mini balcony which was nice. The staff was super nice, and blingual. They had a restaurant on top. Location was just a couple blocks from a hostal where we did cheap laundry.The Zocalo was very close by too.

The location it’s 10 min walk from the center but safe to walk in the evening and not too far.

Very simple accommodation but the room were spacious and very clean. The breakfast was good, good value for money. We had the breakfast up the roof top and that was very nice

Room was spotless, well equipped, two v comfy beds, good aircon, great bathroom and shower. Overlooked a cute pool (which we didn't use but looked inviting) and hotel itself very short walk from main town square. Oh yes, and parking provided round the back.

Great location and cute hotel. Nice amenities, the swimming pool is perfect for hot days. The room is big and the staff is very nice. We even extended our stay.

The property looks much better than the photos, very well maintained and absolutely beautiful. So quaint and charming, very fitting for the town. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Awesome location, walking distance to everything.

It’s an older building with personality and charm……if you are used to more luxurious hotels you will need to adjust your expectations.

Our room was on the ground floor on the street side, and right next to the reception, so it was quite noisy. We could hear all the cars passing and we could not open the windows so the atmosphere was stuffy. The room was somewhat more dated than the rest of the hotel.

Our room was a little bit small for 5 people. The water in the shower was lukewarm. You couldn't use the windows or open them because they were oriented towards the hotel's inner courtyard.

The location was great and the staff was really nice and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel has really good tacos. The kids had a really good time in the swimming pool.

very convenient location - super easy to walk all over town from. We were also able to store our bags in the hotel before we could check in. We requested a 2nd floor room and they put us on the main floor but then managed to move us up as requested. Definitely a great option for a night or few nights! And very beautiful rooftop restuarant and pools!

My only remark is that it is a little bit noisy, from the room I could hear everything happening in the court.

The building is really impressive, with a swimming pool at the ground floor and 2 jacuzzi on the roof. Our room was extremely comfortable, with a king bed, beautiful. Special mention to the very kind staff: the receptionist gave us nice and authentic recommendations for our visit to Valladolid and Chichen Itza.
