The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. It's a good size room and the curtains were amazingly good. There were some maintenance issues with the property, mainly in the shower.

Items reported to front desk(loose door handle in bathroom,pump for handsoap non-functioning ,one blind non-operating) were never attended tobut we do realize it was Xmas time and staffing may have been reduced so they had time with their families.Bathroom very small.

Water in the shower takes too much to be hot, not sure why but furniture looked old sometimes.

There was available in a very special situation, they received me even if my reservation had been done 20 minutes before midnight, that really saved me.

Definitely not 4 star according to German standards. Rather 1 or 2 stars - not more. Located at intersection of large street, could not open windows, bed frame was not fully cleaned. Rooms and bathroom were very small. Floor had cracks. Included Breakfast is nowhere close to the pictures. Simply a few toast breads, one type of jam, one juice and fruit. High cost for add-ons like egg.

The location was near the ibero university but the hotel is on a highway so no way to walk around.

The rooms were not bad. The toilet was very small the door basically rubbed on your face as you sat there. The Equipments like hair dryer did not work and TV did not have any smart features. Breakfast was disapointing as they did not even have eggs. Only bread and fruits should not count as breakfast or even continental breakfast for that matter

The hotel does not look anything like the pictures anymore; it’s evident that it has deteriorated significantly. I had to change rooms three times due to various issues. Many parts of the hotel room were broken or damaged, and the furniture in the rooms was in poor condition. Overall, the stay was not as expected and was quite disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel until significant improve. I was also super disappointed on the reception staff mainly in the morning, they all act super annoyed and they just don't care.

I truly like the breakfast area. Very clean and organized. The head chef, Armando, super nice person! Always making sure everything is in order. I specially liked one day, where the menu was clearly 80% more veggie friendly.

Air conditioning was not working in any of the bedrooms. My room was constantly at a temperature of 28 degrees up to 30 degrees celcius. Breakfast was a complete disaster, so much so we stopped going there. The staff were chaotic in their approach, some mornings there wasn't any bread, also they only had a two slice domestic toaster for a restaurant of around 30 people. The tables never had enough cutlery or delph, we had to keep asking every couple of minutes for an extra spoon, extra cups etc.

Reviews on here from early March about AC not working......still not fixed for our stay in May! Breakfast very poor, with chaotic service. Sink in bedroom and not bathroom.
