The room can be on the side of the highway, and it won't be quiet, rooms have a fan but not air conditioning, so you want the window open as well. The internet is very slow; do not expect to conduct a video-conference, email is fine, but any streaming is impossible.

The property has many facilities, including great swimming pools, tennis courts, exercise rooms, and a restaurant with live music on Thursday evenings (if you can dance Cumbia or Salsa you will have a great time). The swimming pools are heated, and you can have a great time while children play safely around the place. It is safe and secure inside a gated community.

I bit difficult to find the actual entrance. Finally realised we had to go through a security boom gate for the community. Our room was small but adequate. However, it faced the busy highway/ main road so it rather noisy when trying to sleep.

We unexpectedly arrived on a music & dance 💃 night, a great atmosphere. We had dinner and wine (only one white on offer, but it was fine) meal and service were excellent as were the reception staff. Grounds were fantastic, so clean & well maintained with swimming pool. tennis court, a children’s playground and lawn sitting areas.

it just suited perfectly my situation. As a single mum travelling to mexico i wanted an hotel that i could afford where i could feel safe and get my daughter happily busy, and be in a mexican environment (not just with tourists from abroad, possbily it did help there that i m speaking spanish) . This place ticked all the boxes above, the bigger swimming pool was warm, and clean. The place was quiet and relaxing during day time and the highlight of our day was when my daughter could join in the various sports activity in the afternoons (i feel really thankful she could join in those) She joined in with the sessions with the hotel childminder and made a friend there. The play area was great as well. Food was good , at times i went to eat as well in a restaurant nearby (brisas tera mar) where they were ever so nice to my daughter they even offered her valentine s day cake for free. I have loved joining in the zumba activities of the hotel. On Thursdday evening there was live music and me and my daughter could join in. Cuernavaca has the perfect weather as well and i m definetely hoping to come back to the hotel in the next coming years. A big thank you to hotel coral , i m glad they open their resort and hotel to non members as well and i hope they ll carry on doing that.
