Tile throughout house could have all been replaced. Kitchen was convenient but there were hardly any cooking pans. Would have liked to have guests come to visit but they weren’t allowed. There were not enough beach chairs. Living room couch could use an upgrade. Hard to sleep because of people in room above us clomping around at all hours of the night & day. Restaurant closed at 5:00

Pool was nice. Location was very close to water so you could snorkel right outside your door. View was incredible. Bed was very comfortable.Ate breakfast at restaurant once & it was very good.balcony was really nice.

No doubt, the hotel is in a massive need of an update. The food situation is extremely sparse & the drinks are expensive. Get a kitchenette room & hit the grocery store.

Loved the accessibility to the sea wall, the simplicity of the resort, the proximity to town and how it was a one minute walk to anywhere at the hotel

The pool was freezing, and with no walk-in beach access, I spent a week in mexico without swimming. We had to ask daily for the bottle of water that should have been provided. The restaurant food was very good but extremely expensive. We also didn't have a patio, which was a bit disappointing.

Location was good, staff was very helpful and friendly. The dive shop was awesome. The accommodations were very affordable and the property was well maintained.

The bed we were sleeping in smelled like body odor - like someone before us did a lot of sweating. It was not pleasant. Didn't like that the restaurant closed early, thus having to have an early dinner or go downtown.

The staff was excellent - always in service mode. Loved that there was a restaurant on premises. Loved the pool/sandy area and chairs/umbrellas. Especially loved the barrel swings!

The breakfast upgrade was so worth it and the ocean view rooms. We paid extra once there to change one room to ocean view.

The location is awesome, 10 min from Cozumel center. The reefs in front of the hotel is awesome with plenty of fishes. The pool is great and the Wi-Fi is strong.

Almost all hotel staff didn’t seem too excited to be working there, especially the front desk, wait and security (who didn’t even look up from their desk when we entered and said “Hola” each night) staff. Also, most of the hotel was empty, how could they not provide a free upgrade of either two beds (which was requested at the time of original booking) or an ocean view? That would’ve been so easy for them to do and would’ve made our trip that much better.

The pool, the fine white sandy areas and ocean access. Plus the coral was in a surprisingly healthy state that allowed us to see wonderful marine life while snorkeling. Front desk staff Alejandra was delightful, friendly, helpful and a pleasure for us to do business with.

The breakfast included was a huge disappointment, I don´t recommend taking this. Restaurant options during the day are also very low and the quality is not that great. Even if we booked a 12 days stay, after having lunch on our arrival, a waiter got really rude and aggressiv to me because he wanted me to pay directly with my credit card and kept on insisting even if I explained him that I could only pay in cash for the moment because my boyfriend was in town with our cards to take out money... Also the only way to access the sea water is with a ladder or jump, there is no beach there!

The view is breathtaking, the pool is also great! Room very comfortable also! Staff was really nice, Luis was always taking great care of us!

restaurant closed early at 4;00 and bar at 5:30. hotel B next door took up the slack and were excellent. water in shower came out cold and took longer to heat if it did. Rooms need updating and new furnishings. there was also someone dragging furniture around upstairs all night long every day. I thought it was construction but the desk said they knew nothing? ghosts??

The staff was excellent and personable. they said hello and responded to every request. the little guy at Pepe’s Dive Shop wasn’t.

The sheets on the bed and the towels in the room were very warm out. The beach towels were great though. There wasn’t a magnifying glass in the bathroom to put on makeup or contact lenses.

it was very good value for what it cost. It was a waterfront hotel, with a lovely shaded breakfast area with view to the sea, the breakfast was good, the prices in the menu were very reasonable for a hotel, a decent size pool, a roped off area so you could snorkel safely, the room was a good size, the king size bed comfortable, jungle view was a little boring but better that than viewing concrete houses and the staff was very nice.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Snorkeling is great right at the hotel. Breakfast was yummy.

Price paid was too much for such hotel. Not near town (always needed a taxi to go in town and back). Access to the beach is complicated. There was no service prior to New Years Eve (nothing to buy for drinks or any other). Had to restock in town from supermarket. The AC unit was pointing exactly on the beds, impossible to use it while sleeping.

The pool and the location of the resort were great. Loved being able to snorkel right from the resort. Enjoyed the snorkeling at the resort more than the snorkel tour we paid to take.

The building itself is a little "tired". Some of the staff is trying to make your stay reasonable, but some - see only your wallet. WiFi is ok up to 4th floor, on the 6th it was almost zero. Our toilet got broken. it took the staff 4 days! to decide to give us another room, so we used a public toilet near the restaurant.

The entrance to the sea is wonderful for snorkelling. And there is a very cool diving company in the corner of the hotel - don't miss with the selling-person in the lobby :) The hotel is 30 30-minute walk from downtown, which makes it very quiet, but no cafes or other services close by. Taxy is 7-10 USD. Just FYI: Continental breakfast - what is included in the price - is coffee/tea + a glass of juice or a plate of a little bit of fruit + 2 toast.
