This isn’t a deal breaker for the price we got the hotel for but the beds were not the most comfortable. In addition, the configuration of one of the rooms we got was interesting. Imagine the shape of a letter T for the bathroom area. The sink and mirror are at the top of the "T" where the intersection of the two lines that make the letter T are and it is in an open area to the rest of the room. The shower and toilet are on either sides of that horizontal line of the letter T and have their own doors for privacy but unless you are planning to stay in the shower area to dry off, you will need to open the door to step into the room to dry off.I was traveling with my husband so no big deal but if you are traveling with a friend, you may have to work something out during shower time. We got a great deal and the hotel was so nice we ended up staying here three different nights. We were traveling for 10 days and were planning each day as the sun rose (this is why we ended up here on 3 separate nights). There were two downsides. First, it is difficult to find parking in the center of town as is the case in most downtown areas of any city. The first two times, we lucked out and found public parking. The 3rd night we were there, we weren't as lucky and asked to park at the lot that the hotel guests use. The attendant that night didn't tell us there was a cost to it and to be fair, we also didn't ask. As we were driving to the location which is a several blocks away, we found public parking that was closer to the hotel and parked there. We were charged for the parking spot at the specified lot that night though we did not end up using it. So, please make sure you ask whether the parking lots are included or an additional cost. The second downside was that on the 3rd night, we were on our bed watching tv and the housekeeping person just entered the room. It was awkward to say the least.

Location was great, pretty central and walkable to everything we wanted to see. The hotel itself is beautiful, great landscaping, the library is cool, the swimming pool area is nice and peaceful. At reception they have Pinole. The rooms have ac and are spacious.

The pillows were a bit lumpy and the bed a bit firm, but other than that it was a comfortable stay.

The hotel was in an excellent location within walking distance of all of the main attractions of the city. The staff were super friendly, and the jacuzzi in the room was a nice touch. We enjoyed the pool and the on-site library. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Such great design, modern yet quaint. Had a Japanese feel. So clean and quiet. The three level library was gorgeous and peaceful. Service was great. Staff very kind. The patio and common areas cozy even in the rain. Shower and bathrooms very modern. Beds comfortable, crisp sheets, lots of pillows and very clean. Coming back soon since I'm a town away!

The only thing I would like is to have access to the pool area. There are multiple steps and no ramp to reach the pool, so I was not able to go up to the pool.

The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating from the beginning of our stay. I am a quadriplegic, and traveling is not easy, but this hotel was wheelchair accessible and easy for me to get around. In front of the hotel, there are two steps with the push of a button, the first step goes down to the ground level, so that I could get on the platform and be elevated to the second step. I was also upgraded to a bigger room so that I could have more space to move around. The breakfast area is beautiful and the food was delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect because you are within walking distance of everything.

From the moment I entered the property I was acknowledged and helped. I like that they had a nice beverage to offer. They made the whole process very seamless. I love the library really enjoyed sitting there on the glass floor, looking down at the books as well as the bookshelves above. Pool is cute. Patio is relaxing and comfortable. My bed was also perfect. I like that. I had a lot of options of pillows.
