Most of the Staff do not speak English. So any foreigner visiting the Hotel will find difficulty in explaining what the guest wants. While staff are very cordial but the Language is a big barrier

Hotel Rooms are very clean. Food is good. Very close to City Center and other museums

Reservation in booking was not good, I was asking for 2 rooms each room with to adults and 2 kid ( at the end Crown plaza solved the issue but they had only for adults. 2 rooms with 2 adults each I separate breakfast for all of us, 8 people in total. But was only for 4 adults. I didn't like they do not care about our kid

I did my reaervation thru Booking for my husband and I and my two girls. By the time we got to the hotel they told me they only have the reservation for two adults and my girls didnt apper on the reservation so I show the the email confirmation were my daughters were inclus and they said no! Thats a problem with BOOKING not with us. So my daughters end it up paying for breakfast because they didnt want to includem on thw reservation at the time. Also when we got to the room the trash cans were full of trash and we didnt have towels.

Please check your lights bulbs very lose. I was sad que Ya no tienen variedad musicos tocando los fin de semana I love that when I came a couple of years ago I know covid changed alot of things but bring it back!!!!! You need a bigger bar area😁

So one of the floors is completely blocked off. They said they were renovating, but twice we got a really chemical smell in the room. The 2nd time we asked to be moved. They didn't hesitate and moved us quickly, I suspect they were spraying for bugs or something.

Perfect location. Everything is in walking distance. Food at the restaurant and service was great. Nice and clean!

Staff would not let us check in early, not even 10 minutes early. They literally watched my elderly parents sit and wait until EXACTLY 3pm to give them our keys. Sad part is , they wouldn't even allow my 8 year old daughter access to the pool either. Which would have made all the difference in the world. Also restaurant on site is ridiculously expensive and I expected faster service and better food for that price

The condition of the facilities. AC everywhere needs upgrade.

Overall, hotel is worn. Minimum maintenance is being performed, and it shows. Carpets, wall covers, all is faded. Staff is alert and well trained and responsive, but that does not substitute for basic maintenance and renewals when needed.
