The breakfast was not versatile. Extremely limited. Just my opinion, the waitresses at the breakfast location were not welcoming.

The shower door didn't fit the frame so we couldn't completely close it.

Great location, near by the city center. 24h counter. Provided glass water bottle and cups and you can fill them just outside of the room. The room was spacious, beautiful, clean. Our room had a window facing the alley outside. We were slightly worry about the music and the bells in the city center before the stay, but it ended up didn't bother us at all. Breakfast was in another hotel nearby but it's a very short walk. Over all, very good value for the price, the quality feels like it would cost twice than what I paid. Would definitely consider to book again if we need to stay in Guanajuato city again.

The location was perfectly centered to all the shops, restaurants, bars, and activities. The staff are amazing and friendly. We felt safe throughout our stay. The hotel is updated and rooms are clean.

There were super minor issues like the restroom door having a broken door knob and the light attached to the ceiling fan would flash, oddly enough when the light was off and the fan was left on, but it could’ve just been a bad bulb. One downside was that the breakfast buffet included was not on the actual property but was down the street at another hotels dining area. It wasn’t far by any means but when you have included breakfast, you’d think it was on the property you’re staying at but it wasn’t a big deal for us since we liked being out.

I loved the location and how friendly/helpful the staff were. The room was simple with an amazing view of the city! This would be a property I’d like to stay in again.

The location is right next to the downtown. It is traditional for this part of Mexico since it’s very much a tourist destination, to have parades through the day and into the night. Day after day. So it can be very noisy if one’s trying sleep for a nap during the day or at night. Plus there are is a very large church right next to the hotel. With very large bells that ring @7-8am every morning, that can also make it hard to sleep.

It was very clean, organized. Had no problems with the utility’s in room(A/C, Shower, sink, toilet, bed, lighting)

The only downside was slow WiFi.

Great location, just a 7–10 minute walk to Jardín de la Unión. Staff were sweet and helpful despite the language barrier. Lovely view from the room, clean and everything was comfortable.

I did have a few issues staying connected with the Wi-Fi.

The TV was very small and high up and far from viewing.

Internet was strong so we could hook up our Firestick. Location was in walking distance to everything we needed to do and see. The air conditioning was great. The city view from our balcony was wonderful. Staff was helpful

The breakfast was a buffet held at restaurant across street. Food was only adequate and often many items missing by 10 am. Prepare for load must c nearby every night
