Can the pay attention how the pillows smell? And also many pillows on the bed but not comfortable and old material.

It was hard to communicate because we didn’t speak Spanish. We were not alerted when the airline dropped off our luggage, and so we checked out without it. However, it was eventually delivered to our next destination.

It was a good budget hotel. Close to restaurants and shopping areas. We felt very safe.

Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel is located 15 minute walk from the US consulate. Quite a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood.

Location is one of the best in the city. A lot of great restaurants are walking distance, downtown is not far, Andares is not far. Very centric. It is a nice area.

They had an event right above my room, and the music was too loud, so I was not able to get sleep. Also, the old air conditioner made a lot of noise and didn't let me rest well. The breakfast was acceptable, but not as well as I imagined.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t many healthy options for dinner from the menu they had to offer. It would be nice to have something healthy to eat for dinner.

We couldn't get the fireplace outside to work. The bathroom was a bit crowded but it was okay. It was a bit smaller than expected. But still good and clean. However still more positive than negitive. I would recommend if a pool or tub is not a must.

I liked the outside area with the fountains. I liked that they had drivers on site to take you where you need to go and pick you back up from your location. The wifi worked great and the beds were very comfortable. I loved the spacious shower. The breakfast was delicious amd tons of varieties to pick from.

I would like it if there were fewer youth sports teams staying at the same time.

The hotel was great. Check in was friendly with an upgrade. The room was clean, large and well appointed. The maid service was excellent. The breakfast was ample and varied. Items were replaced. The location was excellent. The patio was a nice place to sit and read.

The VAT invoice policy is definately a downside. You have to communicate yourself through whatsapp and only get the invoice at the very end, even when you pay in advance. As a consequnece, the hotel limits the right to get a VAT invoice so it had me unnecesarily worried until the end of my stay. The breakfast should be served in the neighbouring area when the hotel has high reservation rate in order to avoid inconveniance.

Good hotel in a decent area and fair value. The room was very confortable. The breakfast was quite good, but it can get a little crowed, on the second morning I had to wait for people to leave the breakfast area so I could get in.
