It is an incredible hotel and we are very happy with our stay there.There are just some slight amenities that you're used to when traveling elsewhere: there was no ironing board nor iron, there was no coffee maker and nllacked the convenience of garbage can in the bedroom area - very minor things that were easily overcome

I would have liked to have more options at breakfast so I could get less food and pay less. I was disappointed that there was no lunch or dinner service or bar service. Also I could not get wifi in my room...very bad. My shower curtain didn't prevent water going all over the floor. Everything else was good

Room given was on street side (Paseo Montejo), the windows are not double glazed, so noise coming from the street. The bathroom is a bit old and would benefit from refurbishing.

Convenient location close to city centre. Lots of restaurants nearby on foot. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Has a parking for hotel guests. Bedroom size is generous.

elevator does not take you all the way to rooftop where pool is...someone with mobility issues cannot easily get up there.

Breakfast buffet is excellent, however options for a la carte (when I did not want the full buffet) cost almost the same as the buffet. So you are almost forced to pay the full buffet price for just eggs and coffee.

Didn’t know that I had breakfast included. The location was excellent. Everything was walking distance. Nice area and lot of good restaurants options. The price originally was going to pay $4,261.44 according with booking app but I ended up paying $5,156.34.

There seemed to be no electricity in our room. When I was able to reach someone at front desk they let me know we had to insert our key card into the activator beside the entry. WHY DIDN’T HE EXPLAIN THIS TO US AT CHECK IN? Also we were only given one key card. If one of us wanted to stay in by while others wanted to go out, then sleeping person had to be disturbed to open the door or be without electricity.

As a family of four we need space for our suitcases and to move around. We were pleased to find that our room had THREE full-size beds! Our children were delighted that they’d each have their own bed! The location was PERFECT directly on Paseo Montejo. We stayed Saturday to Sunday so we were able to participate in Biciruta on Sunday morning. Saturday night on that street we walked all the way to Mercado Santa Barbara alive with food stalls, live music and various vendors.The buffet breakfast had a huge variety and delicious.

A little outdated room, dingy looking linens and towels, no service at the bar area at the roof top pool. The pool water was a bit dirty.

Promoted as having an open hotel lobby bar, rooftop bar with drinks and food at the pool. Was all closed and had been since lockdown. No reason for it not to be open years, I mean years, later. Restaurant attached to hotel will not serve drinks to residents unless they are part of a wedding. I was staying there a week. I requested this once.

The hotel is in a great location. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. There is a very nice swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. WIFI worked properly. A plus for the hotel is a pretty good gym. Good hotel breakfast for about 310 Mexican pesos.
